The future of software companies is 6-12 people doing the work of what used to be hundreds assisted by agentic AI.

It would seem to me that the east coast is closer to Iran. They're much mire likely to take out Palm Beach vs San Diego.

If you want to understand the importance of decentralized technology for recording events as they happened 👇
I need all event organizers to understand what Luma Events and Frontier Tower have done so it doesn't happen to them. First I have to say I can't ever remember making this kind of post. I typically let these types of things go without putting more energy towards them. This event was organized by Olivier Partners, I was a speaker and co-host. luma.com/from-zero-to-yc-to-… We hosted it with permission of a member/employee of Frontier Tower. Since then despite paying for membership they blocked Olivier leaving 50 people in the lobby from entering for an event which had been on the calendar for weeks, including adding Frontier Tower as a co-host. After FT management tried to extort extra money, while people were waiting to be let into the event and were turned down they decided to kick Olivier out because they were themselves going to try to start an accelerator. No membership fees returned as I understand. Considering I saw a employee drop mic and leave while I stayed at the Superhero hotel, a FT related property, citing multiple employment violations, mind you this person was amazing towards me as a guest and complaints I also heard from FT employees and members who are friends, I don't believe I will be doing business with FT or their related properties ever again. I already regret that I have given them thousands of dollars of my money. Fast forward Luma starts running thousands of dollars of charges on Olivier cards saved on file, later reversed by Stripe is my understanding. The events are all changed, including this one, which Olivier and I created, but the creator was changed to Frontier Tower, not me even and FT changed the entire body of the event to be a commercial for them. Erasing the history Olivier were involved at all. I don't know what connection the two entities have, but this looks to me like a coordinated attack. Even if it wasn't and it was just a billing mistake and massive coincidence, which happens, the erasure of people after they leave the platform essentially rewriting history is abhorrent behavior. I will never put an event on Luma ever again. For reference. I worked in developer relations, have organized conferences and hosted many events at many different places all over the world. I have never seen people act so unprofessionally in my entire life. As for Olivier, they will be just fine. @AltFuturesAI is helping them launch their own events platform with built in video streaming and a much more robust feature set. They were driving traffic to Luma with their events, not the other way around and were always bigger fans of EventBrite, which I couldn't agree with more, only using Luma because it was required by Frontier Tower. Insane.

The irony being Frontier Tower ownership comes from the cryptosphere. Still shocked at this kind of behavior.

I honestly don’t get the obsession over AI consciousness when MANY people haven’t even gotten in touch with their own consciousness yet. “Know thyself”. Because if you don’t know who you are, you’re allowing AI & others to tell you who you are.

This is the bullshit that abusers say to justify why they should be tolerated despite being terrible husbands despicable human beings.
A wife who belittles her husband, withholds affection, and refuses to let him lead in his own home is not just making a mistake. She is breaking her vows. And the culture that tells her this is acceptable is setting marriages up to fail.

If you are still hiring to fill positions and not hiring simply talent, then you clearly lost the plot of where is all headed.

A fine-tuned model can outperform frontier models and be cheaper and faster to run. Literally, every company I've met wants this. I want you to see these results from fine-tuning Qwen3 4B on AWS. It smokes both the out-of-the-box model and Claude Sonnet 4.6.

💯
Vibecoding isn't falling short because models are bad at code. It's falling short because we're selling a component as a product. Production grade is a property of systems & holistic divergent thinking & architecture, not models. Models don't have the context window for that.

💯 and @AltFuturesAI is building this direction. As I've said over and over AI Infrastructure is a distributed systems problem. What I'm most excited about is that we're rapidly moving toward the efficiency we need to make mass adoption a reality.
heterogeneous compute is happening because workloads are splitting. prefill and decode split from dense FLOPs for context processing vs memory bandwidth + low latency for token gen agents split the workload again, with long-horizon loops that need fast serial compute, huge context, tool calls, networking + CPU work, instead of one giant accelerator. the tension between general and specialized is showing up in hardware bets

He's not wrong. THE MOST dangerous thing that we coukd do is lock down this technology and not allow security researchers and engineers use them as defense.
The only thing that can stop a bad guy with a model is a good guy with a model

Libertarians who believe in trans bans are not Libertarian. They are laws for the sake of laws, they protect nobody because quite literally there has been ZERO harm done. The only people being attacked in bathrooms are trans people. ZERO cases of public restroom assaults by trans people have happened, but more importantly we already have laws against sexual assault. Adding more laws has no purpose. There is zero advantage of a trans woman over a real woman in sports. The proof is the lack of trans women champions and also scientific studies that show hormone changes from transition not only do not give them an advantage, they are disadvantaged. It's a talking point used by authoritarians to control us and slowly creep into all aspects of our lives until privacy no longer exists. I will absolutely not be voting for the trans ban on the ballot for girls sports in Washington State. I think the point I really wanted to make though is I think the fact we are even here in America is telling. We are slowly no longer becoming the land of the free and that should worry everyone.

Wondering is someone @MetaDAOProject can answer me theses question. Is there a limit on how much you can raise? What happens when you want to raise again? Does that mean selling tokens? If I want to fund infrastructure you're talking about a giant amount of capital needed just for capex. How can I make up the difference when I can't get loans because it's not a US corp? Is there somebody there who I can sit down with a chat about these things? You see I love the idea, but my trust level of these things has been seriously eroded over time.

I've been saying this fir quite some time. AI is a distributed systems problem.
100% agree with this sentiment. There's a limit to how far you can push "general knowledge" LLMs before you start seeing degradation across all tasks (and we hit it awhile ago imo) Smaller specialised models designed and highly tuned for specific tasks and coordinated for agents is where the field is heading. The best thing about this is you can run them on hardware you probably have as well. The distributed AI thesis is still the right one.
