How do I view the fixed-rate option on the frontend? I still only see the traditional variable rate option

"The current frontend requires you to add collateral before it displays borrowing rates. For BTC, that means depositing BTC is currently required to proceed far enough to view the available terms, even if you do not ultimately open a loan" - very poor product decision imo
