Usually when a black person is responsible for some racist shit like, say, posting a white supremacist message on his own dorm room door, or being smeared with dog feces in a garbage bag, or being sprayed with bleach and draped with a noose, it takes a police investigation to get to the bottom of that. Yeah, this doesn’t feel quite like that.
