If you got this book from @yuensid 🇲🇾 lead for @near_malaysia / @NEARLegion at ChainVibe by @ccacc_hub on 25July, and actually read it, you probably wouldn’t be surprised seeing near:native pumping together with $ZEC. 👀 $NEAR was around $1.57 back then. Sometimes the best alpha isn’t another CT thread. It comes from showing up IRL, meeting the right people, exchanging ideas, and learning from people who are deeper in the game than you are. That’s probably the underrated magic of building a real community: Good people → good conversations → good information → better opportunities. I first came across @popdex_ during ChainVibe by @ccacc_hub on July and it immediately caught my attention. It’s still super early, but that’s exactly why I want to be part of the Circle. The concept feels fresh, differentiated, and like one of those things that could become a much bigger narrative once more people start paying attention. I’d love to understand the product deeper, contribute from the Malaysia ecosystem side, and hopefully help bring more users, communities, and visibility to what @popdex_ is building.

if you’re building in web3, here are 5 things you need to get right: - solve a real problem. focus on finding real PMF. don’t sell some crazy future that doesn’t exist yet. find something people already do inefficiently and figure out how to make it better, faster, or cheaper without them even needing to understand the tech behind it - why web3? you should have a very clear answer for why this needs to be built on web3 and why web2 can’t solve it just as well. people don’t need a crypto Notion. but people transfer huge amounts of money through centralized systems with high fees and slow settlement. if crypto can make that meaningfully cheaper and faster, that’s a real use case - what’s your defensibility? what makes you different? why can’t another good team just build the same thing? what’s your leverage or unfair advantage? if it’s the team, don’t just show logos of companies you’ve worked at. explain what you actually built, achieved, or learned there that gives you an advantage now - how will you get users? probably the most underrated point. almost nobody talks about distribution, but it’s one of the most important parts of building in web3. a lot of web2 paid channels either don’t work well for crypto or have restrictions, while many web3-native channels are difficult to scale predictably. so you need a real answer for how you’ll acquire users and scale. “we’ll grow on X and run an airdrop” isn’t a long-term distribution strategy - the token should be leverage, not exit liquidity. build a real business with real revenue first. the token can add utility, incentives, or another advantage to something that already works. but it should be an addition to the business. “we raised at $10M and plan to list at $15M” isn’t going to impress a good VC build something people actually need then figure out where crypto gives you an unfair advantage
