It appears that your revenue was simply reoccurring instead of recurring, Mr. Bond.

I'm a massive Notion nerd. Built my entire agency around it and been loyal for the past 5 years. I don't get this content strategy. They keep showing these vague AI examples, but never how to actually set it up or take advantage of it. "Your agent will love Notion" is all we get. Then no documentation, resources, or guides. It's odd to me because even me, as a power user, can't follow.
You built a skill around exactly how you want AI to work. Switching tools shouldn’t mean starting from scratch. So, keep your skills in Notion and bring them with you. Use any tool you want. Keep the work you’ve put in.

Fine, I'll bite. Twitter is exploding right now with the release of Fable 5.1. I practically switched to Codex at this point, so had some Claude tokens to burn. Gave it a challenge and...holy crap. It absolutely crushed it! A few days ago, I posted a question asking what people do while waiting for AI to respond. It got a ton of attention, but nobody really had a good answer. I know I sit way too much and always try to build the routing of getting up more, stretching, breathing, and maybe even doing some light exercising. So, I thought why not see if the all-might Fable 5.1 is able to spin something up for me. And boy, did it ever. Meet Mochi! My movement buddy. He pops in every now and then, takes over my screen, and walks me through a movement exercise. I can pick from stretching, breathing or exercising. Mochi then does the exercises with me, counts down the reps, with live music and voice over. It then tracks all my sessions/skips and logs it in a custom mac app it made. The app came complete with icon and even a toolbar integration. Everything is linked to my Claude & Codex, so it triggers after a certain amount of runs and/or time passed. This was one prompt. I'll put it in the comments if you want to try it. I am blown away. With this kind of power, what are you going to have Fable the able build?

Serious question: What do you guys do while waiting on AI to respond? I get it. You can just run multiple sessions at once. I do this sometimes, but can feel my brain getting fried especially when going deeper into a task. The context switching is brutal. Any recs?

Stopped using OpenClaw completely a few months ago. Just installed Hermes agent. What should I try first?

Update: Hermes is amazing. Got it set up in 1/100 of the time it took to get OpenClaw started. It can work through real issues on its own, find solutions, and implement them. Feels much smoother already.

" There was a student...just the other day...who said that my problem, if one’s nature is a problem, rather than just problematic, is that I see things in terms of victory or death, and not just victory but total victory. And it’s true: I always have. It’s either victory, or don’t bother. The only thing worth doing is the impossible. Everything else is gray. You’re born...as a man... with the nerves of a soldier, the apprehension of an angel, to lift a phrase, but there is no use for it. Here? Where’s the use for it? You’re set up to be a philosopher or a king or Shakespeare, and this is all they give you? This? Twenty odd years of school which is all instruction in how to be ordinary ...or they’ll fucking kill you, they fucking will, and then it's a career, which is not the same thing as existence... I want unlimited things. I want everything. A real love. A real house. A real thing to do...every day. I'd rather die if I don't get it."

Never worry about making a mistake. Just worry about not making it more than once.

In enterprise sales you don't close people. You understand them. Diagnose like a doctor, don't believe what they tell you, and prescribe what they need not what they want.

It's the 1980s. Munger owns a small legal paper, ranked 19th in its market. He handed Holmes a list of 2,200 advertisers and one job: dial all of them. Holmes studied the list instead. And found a pattern. 167 companies bought 95% of the advertising in the niche. None were in Munger's paper. So he dropped the other 2,033. Here's what he did next 👇🏼

Our first $60K month took zero marketing. That should have scared me. In 2021, we became one of the first 200 Webflow Experts. For a few months, it felt like the gold rush. Leads landed in our inbox almost daily. Sometimes 5-10 sales calls per week. High-quality, too. Anything we touched turned to gold. I was young and naive. I believed it would last forever. So we hired fast. Grew to 10 people. Signed the sickest all-glass corner office WeWork had to offer. We were flying high. But falling feels like flying until you hit the ground. Webflow scaled, and so did the partner program. As they should, they kept adding agencies. Suddenly there were fewer leads to go around. Far fewer. Picture it. A 20-something founder. $25K monthly payroll. A few more grand in rent. No clue how to generate demand. Want to guess how it ended? I laid off the entire team. My co-founder went back to the 9-to-5 world. It was me, a laptop, and $146K of debt. Taking leads from the partner program was the right call. Depending on them was the mistake. The Romans had a line for this: "Si vis pacem, para bellum" or, "If you want peace, prepare for war." If you have a lead channel working today, great. Harvest it. Squeeze it for everything it's worth. And while it pays, plant the next one. Best case, you build a second channel. Worst case, you build a life raft. What % of your leads come from one channel? That number tells you how much of your pipeline you actually own.
