Some days I'm on the phone all day and my iPhone is at 80% at 5pm, other days I leave my house and get to the corner and it's at 10% by 9am. I don't understand this phone.

Either stuff running in the background is killing your battery, or you're on twitter for 2 hours before leaving the house on dead battery days.
