I don't talk about what I do on here enough, so let me fix that. I am ZILY. I'm a Web3 community builder, project manager, growth strategist and marketer. β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€” I didn't just put those titles in my bio for the sake of having them there. Here's where I actually add value: π—–π—’π— π— π—¨π—‘π—œπ—§π—¬ π—•π—¨π—œπ—Ÿπ——π—œπ—‘π—š & π— π—”π—‘π—”π—šπ—˜π— π—˜π—‘π—§ I build communities with a purpose. I've helped grow projects' communities while focusing on bringing in people who actually interact, check out the product and are more likely to use it. Because 10k silent members isn't a community. The goal is to build a space where people participate, ask questions, give feedback, follow updates and eventually become users, supporters or holders. β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€” 𝗣π—₯π—’π—π—˜π—–π—§ π— π—”π—‘π—”π—šπ—˜π— π—˜π—‘π—§ I can take an objective and turn it into an execution plan. From coordinating activities and campaigns to working with different people across a project, I know how to keep everyone on the same page and make sure things actually get done. I've worked across different roles in Web3, so I understand both strategy and execution. β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€” π—šπ—₯𝗒π—ͺ𝗧𝗛 𝗦𝗧π—₯π—”π—§π—˜π—šπ—¬ Growth isn't just about β€œposting more.” I look at where a project is, where it wants to get to, and what needs to happen in between. That means looking at acquisition, retention, partnerships, distribution, regional expansion, user onboarding and more. I've helped projects grow communities, improve engagement and reach specific milestones by putting strategies into execution. β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€” 𝗠𝗔π—₯π—žπ—˜π—§π—œπ—‘π—š This is where strategy, KOLs, distribution and brand awareness come in. I've managed KOLs across different regions and worked on different marketing strategies over the years, each built around a specific goal. Having 50 people post your project isn't automatically a marketing strategy. You need the right people, the right audience, the right timing and proper execution. I've also represented projects, introduced products to communities and contributed to ecosystem growth. I focus on making sure every marketing effort has a clear purpose and contributes to the bigger goal. That's the lane I've built for myself in Web3. I don't claim to be the best at everything. But give me a growth problem, a community that needs structure, a project that needs distribution, or a team that needs someone who can execute across these areas, and I'm very comfortable in that room. These are what I do, and there's POW to back 'em. If you're building in Web3 and what I do aligns with what you're building or what you need, don't hesitate to reach out. The more I look at @moovexyz, the more interesting the sending experience becomes. Normally, sending crypto can mean thinking about: Which chain? Which token? Which wallet? Did I copy the address correctly? Will the other person actually receive what they need? Moove is trying to abstract a lot of that complexity away. You can send to a @moovehandle or wallet address, while Moove can handle swaps and bridges in the background so the recipient can settle in their preferred crypto. That’s the direction I want crypto UX to move toward. The blockchain infrastructure can stay complicated underneath. The user experience shouldn’t have to be. @moovexyz

most leveraged trading platforms make trading look simple you choose a market, pick your leverage, open a position and manage it. but underneath that interface is a system handling collateral, liquidity, price feeds, order execution and liquidations. that’s where @Hertzflow_xyz gets interesting. HertzFlow is building an onchain perpetual trading system on BNB Chain, allowing leveraged positions to be created and managed through smart-contract infrastructure. the basic flow is straightforward. you provide collateral, choose a market and create a long or short order. the order is then picked up by a keeper and executed using oracle pricing. once executed, the position exists within the protocol’s onchain system. this means the important part isn’t just the trading interface. it’s the infrastructure connecting collateral β†’ orders β†’ keepers β†’ oracle pricing β†’ positions β†’ risk management. the oracle is particularly important because leveraged positions depend on accurate pricing for execution, profit and loss calculations and liquidation. HertzFlow is also developing tools beyond the frontend, including a public CLI for interacting with markets, positions and orders, as well as developer tooling around onchain trading and research. one important detail entails that the current public CLI documentation describes the system as being on BNB Chain testnet, with mainnet contracts not yet deployed for the CLI. so it’s worth separating what is currently available from the broader infrastructure being developed. ultimately, HertzFlow is more than just another platform for leveraged trading. the interesting part is the infrastructure behind it which involves how collateral, orders, keepers, oracle pricing, positions and risk management are connected onchain. that’s the part worth watching. #HertzFlow

INJ just found a new highway for growth. @injective has officially brought $INJ into the Solana ecosystem through Sunrise. That puts INJ in front of a much wider user base and opens the door to Solana-native applications, wallets, and liquidity. Raydium is providing launch liquidity, while platforms like StonkFun can use INJ as a base pair. But the bigger picture goes beyond simply moving a token across chains. Solana users can now interact with INJ through familiar apps and wallets, while builders get another asset to work with when creating new markets and trading pairs. For Injective, this also creates a bridge between its financial infrastructure and growing RWA ecosystem and one of the largest onchain economies. More integrations across trading, wallets, market data, and lending are expected to follow. So this isn't just $INJ expanding to another chain. It's Injective opening another door for its ecosystem to grow.

AI is moving fast, but the interesting question is: who gets to own what’s being built? That’s what caught my attention about @ActionModelAI. They’re building around the idea of a community owned AI where users can contribute, earn, and help shape the ecosystem. I’m interested in building with them, so I just applied for the Ambassador Program. Hopefully I get in.
Apply to our Creator & Ambassador Program πŸ‘Ύ Some people will watch the AI revolution happen. Others will help build the movement around it. We’re looking for Web3 creators and ambassadors who want to do more than just post about AI. We want people who can shape the conversation, grow the community, and become recognised voices inside the Action Model ecosystem. You do not need a huge audience. You do need original ideas, consistency, and the ability to make people care. If selected, you’ll get access to: - Paid opportunities every month - Exclusive rewards - Early product and campaign access - Direct collaboration with our team - Recognition across the community Whether you create videos, threads, memes, graphics, tutorials, articles, or host Spaces, there could be a place for you. If you believe AI should be owned by the people helping build it, this is your chance to play a bigger role in that future. Places are limited. Apply via the link below.

A scammer doesn’t always look like a scammer. Sometimes, they look like an admin, a moderator, or even someone trying to β€œhelp.” That’s what I’m learning in Lesson 12: Server Security & Anti-Phishing This lesson taught me that Community security starts with recognizing threats before they become bigger problems. As a moderator, I need to know how to identify things like: β€’ Phishing links β€’ Fake admins and impersonators β€’ Malicious wallet-connect pages β€’ Fake support accounts β€’ Suspicious DMs β€’ Compromised moderator accounts β€’ Dangerous bot permissions And knowing what NOT to do is just as important. A legitimate admin should never need a member’s: ❌ Seed phrase ❌ Private key ❌ Password ❌ 2FA code If a suspicious link suddenly appears in the community, my first instinct shouldn’t be to start playing detective. The priority is to protect the community first. Remove the threat if I have permission. Stop it from spreading. Warn members. Preserve the evidence. Then escalate it to the appropriate team. And when it comes to bots and permissions: Give only the access that is actually needed. A bot doesn’t need unlimited permissions just because it is being used for moderation. The same goes for moderators. More access means more responsibility and if an account gets compromised, those permissions can become a serious security risk. My biggest takeaway from this lesson: A moderator is often the first line of defense. You don’t need to solve every security incident yourself. You need to recognize the danger, reduce the damage, preserve the evidence, and know when to hand it over.

Onchain finance doesn’t just have an adoption problem. It has a privacy problem. Institutions have financial data they need to prove while also having positions, strategies and sensitive information they cannot afford to expose. That’s where @primus_labs gets interesting. Primus is building confidential infrastructure for private + verifiable onchain finance. Let’s break it down 🧡
