BREAKING: NYPD says their detectives arrested both of these illegal alien suspects overnight in Lynn, MA, where they were found hiding in the basement of a house. NYPD says US Marshals played a key role in helping find them.
BREAKING: I'm told by DHS sources that the two suspects wanted for attempted murder in connection to the stabbing & robbery of an off-duty NYPD detective in NYC on Friday are both Dominican illegal aliens who were caught and released at the AZ border by the Biden administration & both have lengthy criminal histories in NYC, including an ignored ICE detainer. Both suspects remain at large, and while NYPD hasn't officially released their names yet, @FoxNews is told they've been identified as 24-year-old SNEIDER MEJIA BAUTISTA and 25-year-old DANGELO RAFAEL JEAN CARABALLO. I'm told that MEJIA BAUTISTA, a Dominican national, was arrested by Border Patrol after crossing the border illegally near San Luis, AZ on 12/2/2022 with his family, and they were all released into the country. He and his family have had deportation orders since 5/8/2025. I'm told that MEJIA BAUTISTA was arrested by NYPD in the Bronx for criminal possession of a weapon on 10/3/2025 and the next day, ICE filed a detainer on him, but the detainer was ignored and he was released from local custody. I'm told he was also arrested by NYPD on 1/7/2025 for criminal possession of stolen property. I'm told that DANGELO RAFAEL JEAN CARABALLO, a Dominican national, was arrested by Border Patrol after crossing the border illegally near San Luis, AZ on 2/2/2023, and he was released into the country with a future court date. He has five prior arrests in NYC, but no ICE detainers were filed because he was released from custody so quickly each time. His priors include: 1/5/2024 - Arrested by NYPD for reckless endangerment, unlawful fleeing from police officer, and reckless driving 12/20/24 - Arrested by NYPD for being in possession of burglar's tools 6/4/2025 - Arrested by NYPD for criminal possession of a controlled substance 10/26/25 - Arrested by NYPD for criminal possession of a loaded firearm 7/10/2026 - Arrested by NYPD for criminal menacing involving a weapon Per DHS sources, on each arrest, he was released so quickly that he was already out of custody by the time the feds knew about the encounters and couldn't put detainers on him in time.

🚨 ANOTHER ISIS-INSPIRED MASS CASUALTY PLOT STOPPED. Today the FBI arrested an individual who allegedly obtained a weapon to carry out an attack in support of ISIS. This FBI is finding terrorists BEFORE they can attack Americans — and we will keep using every resource we have to dismantle their networks across this country. Outstanding work by @FBIMinneapolis. They likely saved lives.

The Office of Renewable Energy Siting (ORES) attempted to deny a town and county from accessing documents related to Cow Bell Solar in the Town of Florida this past summer. Meghan M Manion, Montgomery County attorney, filed for a protective order to review the materials. Although initially granted, the solar developer petitioned ORES to deny the county's request. ORES quickly agreed with the developer. Upon learning that the county had granted Manion permission to file a lawsuit over Cow Bell Solar, suddenly, ORES posted this week that they will "re-review" the protective order decision. The article out in the Daily Gazette this week quotes Manion: “I think the fact that ORES is taking this under their own review, prior to having this addressed in Supreme Court, is a sign that there are serious concerns about the decision-making process that was made in determining that Montgomery County was not allowed access to unredacted documents,” Manion said Tuesday. She goes on to say: “Government is based on the pillar of open access to documents and to deny a municipality documents in an active proceeding that directly involves that municipality goes against all of the tenets of law that we follow in New York State,” Manion said. We are living in crazy times when county attorneys have to be the ones to tell our state how the government was supposed to function. That's what happens when bureaucratic bloat has consumed every office out of Albany, New York. Since we're all watching, posting, documenting, and suing, ORES has no choice but to react to the publish pushback. Keep the pressure on! Linking to the article below. (Photo from the Daily Gazette)

🚨 HAMAS REPORTEDLY PREPARING FOR RENEWED FIGHTING Israeli officials are identifying signs that Hamas is preparing for a return to combat. Sources in Gaza reportedly say Hamas is moving weapons out of underground tunnels and into hospitals and schools. At the same time, dozens of Hamas terrorists have reportedly been seen operating around Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis. The assessment is that elements inside Gaza are pushing for an attack, believing renewed fighting with Israel is approaching. Israel has previously documented Hamas weapons, command infrastructure, and terrorist activity in and around Nasser Hospital and other civilian sites in Gaza.

The U.S. has threatened retaliatory sanctions, including trade tariffs, against Britain, France, Norway and other allies over their coordinated economic boycotts and import bans on Israeli settlements of Judea and Samaria. The threat was issued at a Trump administration briefing on October 6, 2026. Until now Washington had stayed muted and noncommittal on the European boycott movement. Telegraph.

Over 75 senior retired 🇺🇸U.S. generals, admirals, and military lawyers have signed a new open letter rejecting claims that Israel committed genocide in Gaza. The signatories include those who have commanded U.S. armed forces in combat, applying the laws of armed conflict. Their conclusion: based on the facts and applicable legal standard, the conduct of Israel’s war against Hamas does not constitute genocide. As the letter states, “Civilian deaths occurring during combat, however tragic, are insufficient, by themselves, to support a finding of genocidal intent.” The standards used to judge military conduct matter precisely because war is tragic and imperfect. “The precedent established today regarding Israel will shape the conditions under which American forces fight tomorrow. Protecting civilians and preserving the ability of our nation to defend itself requires us to defend the truth when the laws of war are being distorted to make false charges of genocide.” This is not an argument for minimizing the suffering of civilians. It is an argument for applying the law faithfully and maintaining the distinctions that matter: between the tragic consequences of war, violations of the laws of armed conflict, and the specific crime of genocide. SECRETARY RUBIO: “Nationalism” became a dirty word. So we tore down our monuments, we condemned our own history, and in too many places we taught our children to be ashamed of the countries they would inherit. In the process we opened our borders, and outsourced our industry, and allowed our militaries to wither and to decay.

This was Gaza six days before October 7th. They want you to believe this was a "concentration camp." The point is to generate sympathy for Gaza using the language of the Holocaust while simultaneously whitewashing the depravity and singular nature of the Holocaust itself.

Today, the Department of Justice Task Force to Combat Anti-Semitism announced the first stop of the American Tour Against Hate will be in Southfield, Michigan on Wednesday, October 14. The Tour is a first-of-its-kind federal initiative, bringing government resources and officials directly to local communities experiencing hate and discrimination. “@POTUS Trump has made clear that this Administration will not tolerate antisemitism, and the Department of Justice is committed to implementing that directive,” said @AGToddBlanche. “This national tour is an important step in ensuring communities across the country know the federal government stands ready to work with them to confront antisemitic threats, protect public safety, and uphold civil rights.” Read more: justice.gov/opa/pr/federal-t…
