Parscale ran Trump's 2020 campaign. He is Chief Strategy Officer at Salem Media, the network that carried Kirk's show. After Kirk's death he said he had worked with him for nearly a decade.
Two caveats I am putting in myself, because I am not going to let anyone hand-wave this away later.
One. A supplemental FARA filing states the State of Israel principal registration "was in error" and was amended to Havas. That is on the record and I am not hiding it.
Two. Receipts reported at registration: $0.00. The Havas contract value is reported as $6 million in some accounts and $9 million in others. Unresolved. I am not going to pretend I know which.
Now here is what I am NOT saying, in writing, so nobody can put words in my mouth.
I am not saying these are the same company. They are two legally distinct registrations, in two different states, five and a half years apart.
I am not saying Bradley Parscale had any interest in, took any money from, or had any connection to Clocktower LLC of Nevada. No record I have cited shows that.
I am not alleging a crime by anyone.
What is actually unresolved is much simpler, and much harder to answer.
Nobody has ever identified who beneficially owned Clocktower LLC of Nevada. They are hiding behind a registered agent.
Nobody has ever produced the research a tax-exempt charity bought for $999,000 because they have not been transparent with their donors.
Nobody has ever explained why an organization with zero employees routed half its annual budget through a Las Vegas mail-drop suite to a company that dissolved two years later.
No deliverable.
No owner.
No answer.
