दिल्ली पुलिस ने प्रदर्शनों और प्रोटेस्ट की कवरेज को लेकर मीडियाकर्मियों के लिए नई एडवाइजरी जारी की है।
- वैध ID कार्ड आवश्यक: सभी पत्रकारों के पास संस्था या PIB/DIP का मान्यता प्राप्त कार्ड होना अनिवार्य है।
- ID कार्ड सीने पर दिखे: गले में ID कार्ड हर समय साफ नजर आना चाहिए ताकि पुलिस पहचान सके।
- काम में बाधा नहीं: पुलिस कार्रवाई या पुलिसकर्मियों की आवाजाही में मीडिया दखल न दे।
- सुरक्षित दूरी बनाएं: तनावपूर्ण माहौल में safe distance बनाकर रिपोर्टिंग करें और प्रदर्शनकारियों से अलग दिखें।
पत्रकारों से तो गले में टांगकर ID मांगी जा रही है, लेकिन ऑन-ड्यूटी पुलिसकर्मी खुद अपने यूनिफॉर्म पर नेम बैज (Name Tag) क्यों नहीं लगाते?
क्या बिना बैज और पहचान के कार्रवाई करना कानूनी है? नियम सिर्फ मीडिया पर थोपने के लिए हैं या प्रशासन की जवाबदेही भी तय होगी?

🚨 Serious Consumer Grievance | Basohli, Kathua
Why was my electricity connection’s sanctioned load suddenly increased from 1 kW to 5 kW without my application, consent, prior notice, inspection report or any documented justification?
The change appeared after I raised a legitimate public concern regarding smart-meter billing practices in Basohli.
I have also been informed that without a smart meter, billing may be charged at 1.5 times the normal rate. I have sought the exact legal/tariff provision authorising this additional financial burden.
I am not refusing to pay my electricity bill. I am asking JPDCL to correct the disputed load and issue a lawful bill so I can pay my genuine dues. My ₹1,040 payment has already been made.
I have formally requested:
• Restoration/correction of the disputed load
• Immediate corrected bill
• Complete system audit trail
• Inspection/assessment records, if any
• Authority and officer responsible for changing 1or 2 kW to 5 kW
• Legal basis for 1.5× billing
• Protection from surcharge/disconnection on the disputed amount
• Independent examination of whether the timing indicates retaliatory action
A consumer must not face an unexplained financial burden for raising a legitimate grievance.
I request immediate intervention and a reasoned written response.

पुणे में 'छात्रों की गूँज' के दौरान महाराष्ट्र के छात्रों ने अपनी पूरी समस्या मेरे सामने रखी थी - पेपर लीक, रुकी भर्तियाँ, महँगी पढ़ाई, बदहाल हॉस्टल, ज़हर जैसा खाना, और DBT में धोखाधड़ी।
मैंने मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस से कहा था - MPSC में सुधार कीजिए, परीक्षा व्यवस्था पारदर्शी बनाइए, इन बच्चों की सुनिए।
कुछ नहीं हुआ। इसीलिए आज वही छात्र पुणे में सत्याग्रह पर बैठे हैं।
उनकी मांगे साफ़ हैं:
→ MPSC अध्यक्ष इस्तीफ़ा दें, और उनकी जगह एक ईमानदार, योग्य अधिकारी आए
→ 70,000+ ख़ाली सरकारी पद तुरंत भरे जाएं
ये मांगे नाजायज़ नहीं हैं। इन पर कार्रवाई चाहिए - आश्वासन नहीं।
महाराष्ट्र स्पर्धा परीक्षा समन्वय समिति ने अपना आंदोलन 'सत्याग्रह' पर दर्ज किया।
युवा कांग्रेस और NSUI इस आंदोलन के साथ लगातार खड़े थे - उनसे कहा है कि छात्रों की मांगे पूरी होने तक उनके साथ कंधे से कंधा मिला कर लड़ते रहना। मैं ये मुद्दा महाराष्ट्र सरकार के सामने फिर से उठाकर इसके स्थायी समाधान की मांग करूंगा।
जो संस्था छात्रों का भविष्य तय करती है, उस पर क़ब्ज़ा कर लिया गया है। हम इसे ऐसे ही नहीं चलने देंगे।

जंतर-मंतर पर एक महिला पत्रकार ने एक पुलिस अधिकारी पर बदसलूकी का आरोप लगाया है।
घंटों से सैकड़ों पत्रकार सिर्फ़ इतनी माँग लेकर बैठे हैं कि FIR दर्ज कर ली जाए। ये तो पुलिस का बुनियादी काम है न? वो भी नहीं किया।
आज ही जंतर-मंतर पर सैकड़ों लोग हिरासत में लिए गए। महिला प्रदर्शनकारियों के साथ बदसलूकी के आरोप हैं। कैमरे छीने गए, पत्रकार घसीटे गए।
और ये पहली बार नहीं है - इससे पहले भी हमने वीडियो सबूतों के साथ देखा है कि पुलिस के अफसर महिलाओं के साथ घिनौनी बदसलूकी करते हैं।
पूरी दिल्ली की महिलाएं, छात्राएं अपनी सुरक्षा को लेकर घबराहट में हैं, सत्याग्रह कर रही हैं - मगर जिस पुलिस पर महिलाओं की हिफ़ाज़त की ज़िम्मेदारी है, वही महिलाओं पर हाथ उठा रही है।
और एक महिला की शिकायत दर्ज करने से जो सरकार डरती है - वो आख़िर किसकी हिफ़ाज़त कर रही है?
दिल्ली पुलिस गृह मंत्रालय के अधीन है। अमित शाह जी, कहाँ हैं आप? जवाब आपको ही देना है।
