Jako raakhe saiyan, maar sake na koi. Read this account by a neurosurgeon stalking about how deadly and intricate Captain Smit Machchhar’s injury was.
As a neurosurgeon, let me tell you how frightening this injury actually is - an occipital compound depressed skull fracture treated with a WIDE craniotomy (outer staple line). What's scary isn't the fracture; it's what's adjacent to the damaged skull. The axe blows (that tree-branch scar at the center) hit right over the posterior superior sagittal sinus, a large vein that runs lengthwise between the 2 cerebral hemispheres and carries blood from the brain to the heart. Penetrating injuries to the sinus can carry upwards of a 40% morbidity/mortality - partially because a transection of the sinus can be difficult to repair and can result in extreme blood loss, venous air embolism, or thrombosis - all of which can be fatal. There's scary, and then there's the "you go to elevate the fracture and risk unroofing the sinus, losing 2 liters of blood in a minute" scary. The surgeons likely had their hands full and did an amazing job. Divine providence called many heroes into service that day. Damn fine work. ą¤§ą¤Øą„ą¤Æą¤µą¤¾ą¤¦

That’s what I also thought. It’s truly Hanuman Krupa that made him act then and helped him recover. May Ishwara bless them and may each one of us stand for our dharma šŸ™šŸ¼.

You bet! Reading Indian Express decades ago meant picking a copy of credible and quality newspaper but it’s lost all credibility.

The detailed affidavit filed by @ECISVEEP has taken the wind out of the sails of Congress and its army of unemployed anarchists, disgruntled Supreme court judges, dynasty doormat CECs, and sold out journalists hoping for a quick regime change. Rahul, it's done bro. My views:

That’s what the families of all the victims will vouch for! Judiciary needs reforms and that’s not an opinion.

He has anyway been given way too long a rope. For someone out on bail, he is more free than anyone living in this country! It’s bizarre.

Sanatanis are not God fearing, we are God loving and we are seekers at heart. It’s not any dogma or dictate that drives us. It’s only what we experience through our day to day action that becomes reality for us. Comments like the one you have posted are amusing. Thinking that ā€œGodā€ too has favourites is a bit funny and sounds more human created than a divine plan.

You have been spear heading this crucial cause with all your might, Uday ji. Swati too has been very vocal in exposing child abuse cases. I wish your entire team all the very best. An OTT platform like Netflix’s content for 13 year olds is questionable as well. The exposure to porn like content for children and using children is increasing and it’s high time we speak against it. A big note of thank to you allšŸ™šŸ¼.

So glad you noticed. Number 3 is ā€œThe elimination of the family as a social unit.ā€ That’s not something Rahul and brigade have started here yet but that’s what you see has perished in US and other places where the leftist voices and influence have increased.
