Although our Ticketing Proposal did not go through, we were thrilled to see the massive amount support from those who believed in it.
We are still committed to bringing this idea to reality, and blockchain plays an essential role in that. Governance gave us a lot of feedback on how we can make the product better.
While we figure out next steps, we will continue to build @wayupio into the best marketplace it can be.
Additionally, our API is still one of the best one stop shops for building on Cardano. ada-anvil.io/services/api
We also have some availability/capacity to take on new builds. Whether that be smart contract work, or full platform builds, we are a name you can trust to get it done right the first time, on time.

I think Cardano governance would work much better if commercial funding decisions incorporated significantly more input from the people actually building products and acquiring users.
Builders generally know which teams consistently execute, which teams collaborate, and which teams create real value for the ecosystem. That's knowledge you gain from working alongside each other every day...not from reading proposals.
@builder__dao Round 2 was an interesting example. The proposal from @AnvilDevAgency received overwhelming support from builders (The top voted proposal by a large margin).
That raises an important question: why is there such a large gap between how ecosystem builders evaluate projects and how many dReps do?
I don't think it's because dReps are bad people. I think it's because we've asked them to perform a role that requires deep commercial and ecosystem experience. Governance and venture allocation are different skill sets.
This is why organizations like the Ethereum Foundation bring experienced ecosystem builders into strategic funding decisions. They combine governance with domain expertise.
If Cardano wants treasury capital to generate long-term ecosystem growth, we should think carefully about whether our current decision-making structure is the right one. (It's not)

To all DReps and the Cardano Community -
With help from the SelloutIO CEO Henry, we created a tool around our treasury proposal to model potential payback scenarios.

These models take into consideration ADA price, ADA price appreciation YoY, Tickets Sold (Web2), YoY Ticket Sale Growth, On-Chain Actions per ticket, Treasury Fee per TX, Revenue Share Modeling, and USD value vs ADA returned to treasury.
The goal of this tool is to show how quickly we can pay back our treasury withdrawal. This tool also shows the potential upside for Cardano, Sellout, and Anvil.
Using Henry's baseline assumptions for growth, we will be able to pay back the entire sum of the withdrawal in less than 5 years, on conservative metrics. We can hit our estimated revenue contributions with a modest 20% YoY growth, although we expect a 40% growth rate.
This makes us extremely confident in our ability to not only payback the treasury withdrawal amount, but continue to provide sustained value for the Cardano Treasury.
We hope it answers any questions or concerns DReps have with our revenue share model. Thank you for considering our proposal.

Cash and the @AnvilDevAgency team is a rare 11/10 for commitment, loyalty, and perseverance.

Good Day to the Cardano Community!
This is a PSA that ANVIL pool is running bone dry!
Unfortunately, at 448,773 ADA we are rarely producing blocks these days. We have over 1000 delegators but the ADA in our pool is just simply not enough to consistently produce blocks.
Any and all support would be greatly appreciated. This pool directly supports Anvil and our operations. It also helps to secure Cardano.
We reallllly do not want to close down our stake pool, but seeing all the other over saturated, retired, or MPO still have massive delegations is making it hard to justify continued operations.

We are very grateful for all of the support we have received on our Treasury Withdrawal proposal!!
One thing through this process that has been made clear is that there is an appetite for Enterprise Adoption on Cardano.
We are 3 days from the first finish line and need help with our first final push! In the past two days we have seen a 10% increase in our YES vs NO. There is a path to get there still!
