What if your agent could book a demo on your behalf? Over the last 3 months we have been seeing a rise in people finding Lorikeet through AEO (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and more). So, if prospects can learn about Lorikeet through LLMs, why not allow them to book sales demos through LLMs? This week I built the first version of an ABP (Agentic Booking Protocol). What it does: → The agent reads our llms.txt and finds the booking API/endpoints we built for agents. No login. No captcha. No browser. → It filled every field it already knew about me through memory, and asked only the one it couldn't: my team size. → It checked my actual calendar, saw Friday 3pm was clear of my focus time, lunch and a colleague's farewell, and picked that slot. → It booked a real demo - host, meeting link and all. It also has spam protection, work email verification, rate limits, attribution/UTMs built in, and more... Once a meeting is booked, it goes through our regular process of lead validation/enrichment and CRM entry! Nowadays the first visitors to a website are LLM bots and then humans, so if we can convert someone from a prospect to a lead without them ever entering a site, then I think we can unlock something massive. Kimia came out of stealth earlier this month. For this brand, we had to find a visual language for Chemical Intelligence - a category that doesn't really exist yet. No visual references. No precedent. Just the science, the founders, and a lot of iterations until it clicked.
