@RailMadad @AshwiniVaishnaw My PNR number is 2318910319 for train no 19612. I boarded the train at Sirsa (SSA) where there was no update about coach position on indicator & no staff available.My coach was last so boarded first available compartment of AC (1/2)

(3/3)when I encountered him then he said it's our mistake to board wrong coach & misbehaved & he didn’t provide complaint book . Shutdown Sirsa Station as there is no staff or coach position indicator which is huge inconvenience for passengers @AshwiniVaishnaw थोड़ा मेहनत करो

@RailMadad @AshwiniVaishnaw so that we shouldn’t miss the train & started moving our luggage to coach B3 .In between we met TTE (who got down at Hisar) who started shouting at my wife that why we boarded that coach as he was waiting for us in B3 & canceled our tickets(2/3)
