Fuel availability remains one of the biggest constraints facing advanced nuclear. Today, Oklo and @Centrus_Energy signed a Letter of Intent for the supply of domestically sourced HALEU to support Oklo’s planned Aurora powerhouse deployment and 1.2 GW Clean Energy Campus in southern Ohio. The agreement would provide enough HALEU to support multiple years of reactor cores, covering up to five Aurora powerhouses. The agreement helps connect fuel supply, power generation, customer demand, and project execution in one region. Fuel. Power. Demand. Execution. That’s how advanced nuclear gets built. From cancer therapy to space exploration, radioisotopes have an under-appreciated yet outsized positive impact on human life. I’m so grateful to be working with everyone in this video to fundamentally transform the radioisotope supply chain.
At Oklo, our isotope work is personal. Some members of our team have spent decades advancing the technology that shows up in critical moments, from disease diagnosis and cancer care to space exploration. That dedication shows up in how Oklo is built, and shapes how we think about deployment, bringing power, fuel, and isotopes together into a single platform designed to deliver more from nuclear technology. One year ago, America recommitted itself to a nuclear renaissance. One year later, Oklo is helping make it real. Construction is advancing at our first commercial Aurora powerhouse at @INL. Licensing work continues moving forward with the @NRCgov and DOE. We broke ground on our isotope reactor in Texas and are targeting criticality by July 4th. Construction. Fuel. Licensing. Isotopes. Partnerships.  The pieces are moving together faster than many thought possible.
🇺🇸From the White House: Oklo CEO Jacob DeWitte joined President Trump today as he signed Executive Orders to fast-track nuclear deployment, including regulatory path, fuel, and sites. 🎥 Watch Jake’s remarks: youtube.com/watch?v=O9rCTRL6… More on today’s announcement: whitehouse.gov/articles/2025…

Today Jake and I signed the Certificate of Substantial Completion for the Groves Test Facility building structure. In 229 days, we turned a green field into a beautiful building with all of the infrastructure needed to support long-term operations. Our operators and research staff will have a beautiful break room, bathrooms, and a meeting space. Massive shoutout to our partners at HillSide Architecture, PLLC and BCER for designing a beautiful building and working so many late nights to get through an entire facility design sprint in a timeframe that I think would make General Groves proud. 73 days left until Independence Day. 🥲 foxbusiness.com/video/639357…

It is a huge failure of operation Epic Fury, planners should have anticipated the need to leave a single Iranian F-14 intact so that the downed crew could have exfiltrated themselves.

At Oklo, we’re focused on putting the full system in place to deliver next-generation nuclear across power, fuel, and isotopes. Recent milestones reflect that: → @NRCgov license for isotopes → Progress with @ENERGY on our isotopes test reactor and Aurora-INL powerhouse → Moving into @NRCgov readiness assessment for our fuel recycling facility → Agreement with @Meta supporting up to 1.2 GW of new nuclear capacity in Ohio We’re building, advancing fuel, and working through approvals in parallel—learning and iterating in real time. POV: You are an 18 year old American. Inspired to join ranks after hearing of Washington's bravery. After routing the British at Trenton, you are confident and eager as the Battle of Princeton begins. Confidence melts into fear and confusion as the British pressure increases. You turn. You give up hope. You run. That's when you see him. Unwavering and determined. Banner held high atop his horse. Bullets whizzing by. Hope fills your chest once again as you prepare to give the redcoats hell.

This isn’t a toy, nor some parts cobbled together. This isn’t an investor hype tool, nor a one-and-done disposable project. We’ve built a durable asset that we can directly learn and iterate on. We’ve done the hard stuff, like the civil works to put a full-scale reactor tank into the ground. We designed a full facility and turned green field into a concrete structure in a matter of months. I’d like to think General Groves would be proud of what we’ve accomplished here. 101 days until Independence Day.
Meet Groves — Oklo's isotopes test reactor, under construction in Texas. Isotopes power some of the most critical technologies in modern medicine, from early cancer detection to targeted therapies that deliver treatment directly to tumors. Millions of Americans depend on them. Nearly all of that supply comes from overseas. Oklo is building here. And we're reaching criticality by July 4th. Stay tuned. youtube.com/watch?v=fhU6gA6v…

Pumping and dumping concrete! The water you see in the reactor pool behind Jake does become vaporware… evaporation-ware?
Replying to @AngelicaOung
@Oklo is pump&dump Chris Wright crony vaporware and everybody that needs medical isotopes today gets them without "atomic alchemy" splitting an atom.

A $30 Bn market that involves cancer treatment and where the value of a neutron is orders of magnitude higher than one simply making heat. Sorry to disappoint.
Replying to @scaryjellomj @oklo
Isotope is such a disappointing play. At least make some heat dammit!

What did y’all think the Reactor Pilot Program meant? vibes? papers? essays? building.
A lot is happening at Oklo. Today, we announced new U.S. Department of Energy approvals as part of the DOE Reactor Pilot Program.  That means 7 active projects. 4 states. Power, fuel, and isotopes. All advancing in parallel. We're not waiting for the future of nuclear. We're building it. Swipe through to see the progress and see full press releases below: oklo.com/newsroom/news-detai… oklo.com/newsroom/news-detai…

Want to make history? Executive Order 14301 directed the Department of Energy to approve at least three reactors for reactor construction and operation by July 4, 2026. Reactors have not been built as expeditiously since the Manhattan Project. We're rising to the challenge, but we can't do it alone. We need someone like YOU to play a central role in the facility’s transition from construction completion, commissioning, through initial startup, and into operations! You'll be ensuring facility and personnel readiness, procedural adherence, and continuous improvement throughout each phase. Ushering in the Nuclear Renaissance while simultaneously ending the radioisotope shortage is extremely difficult and not for the faint of heart. If you're one of the best, become part of a crack team here: (see first comment)
