Video shows the stolen Kia swing AROUND a car that was stopped at the light and then smash right into Barry. Barry was rushed to the hospital, but he didn't make it. Police say video shows the two kids inside got out... and RAN AWAY, the driver was 12 years old. His passenger was a 15-year-old White girl. The 15-year-old White female passenger was charged with motor vehicle theft. The Black 12-year-old who was behind the wheel? No charges. Yes... NO CHARGES. Police say that because of his age, they filed a "Child in Need of Supervision" referral and met with the Department of Juvenile Services. That's it. No arrest. No charges. A referral to juvenile services, and they decide whether he gets services, supervision... or nothing at all. WE DO NOT HAVE TO LIVE LIKE THIS!!!!!!!

For all of human history, it was the older generation’s responsibility to set their kids, and eventually grandchildren up better than themselves. In exchange, life would reward them with grandchildren and to become grandparents, and be surrounded by loved ones as they grew older. Becoming a parent was a lifetime commitment. Getting to know your grandchildren was the greatest measurement of success and achievement. But then something changed horribly with the Boomer generation. They convinced themselves their responsibilities to their kids and younger generations ended the moment their kids turned 18. No concern for seeing their kids struggle, their grandkids, or any kind of legacy. No aging with grace or being surrounded by loved ones. Just their iPhones, their hordes of money they refuse to spend on their families while they’re alive, and another pointless cruise to nowhere.

The party that champions partial birth abortion is now saying we need to find REPLACEMENTs for the kids who were not born. Does anyone have a THEORY as to what's going on here?

Tired of this excuse. First of all, social security is not something you “pay into.” If it were, you wouldn’t need younger people to “pay into it” in order to get your check. But you do. Because this is a Ponzi scheme, not a retirement account. What you really mean to say is that your money was stolen from you — which it was — and now you want to steal from younger people to get restitution. That’s the actual case you’re making and it’s exactly as morally deranged as it sounds. Second, your generation continually for decades voted for politicians who would keep the scheme going. You might not have invented social security, but you damn sure made certain it kept going. Why should younger people have to pay the price for the shitty policies you supported? Third, you “paid into” social security in a different time. The country is now bankrupted and 40 trillion dollars in debt, and basic things like housing are prohibitively expensive. It wasn’t like that when you were young, because your generation of leadership created this problem. So the theme here is that there are a bunch of problems you guys either created or contributed to. You can choose to pay the price for that now, or force your grandchildren to pay the price so you can live comfortably until you die and leave them holding the bag. You’ve chosen the latter, and I think that’s wrong. Simple as that.

If you can't think of a single encouraging thing to say about the people in your life, either your heart is wrong or the people you are surrounding yourself with are the wrong people. Send an encouraging message to someone in your life. Be a force for light in the world.
