ATF Releases NFA guidance in response to the Texas NFA lawsuit:
"Effective October 9, 2026, ATF will no longer require individuals to seek ATF approval under the NFA before making or transferring short-barreled rifles, short-barreled shotguns, silencers, and “any other weapon[s]” as defined in 26 U.S.C. § 5845(e). ATF will also no longer require such items to be registered in the National Firearms Registration and Transfer Record. These policies apply uniformly to anyone otherwise subject to these requirements, not just to the plaintiffs in the litigation."

I continue to believe until I don’t. It isnt guaranteed. But no news to me is good news. The risk is priced in. .60 cents for a company that could be a powered shell with about $200M revenue per 100mw is a good risk to me………. Even if they have to dilute by tens of millions of shares. A lot of the public AI Dc companies have upwards of 400m outstanding shares. If the equipment is on site and they can get the land and permits and someone willing to finance it this will get built within a year. And these companies are priced on forward revenue once the contracts are signed. All the capex being expended by hyper scalers is for the next three years. Not right now……There is enough of a backlog where projects are being pushed years where if the btm power is available now this is a highly sought after project. I also find it hard to believe Doug Burgum isn’t finding a way to help turn this on in his backyard. Just my opinion.
