11月操作复盘，以及我为什么开始写宏观:
11月的市场在我看有三个不确定性：
1⃣宏观流动性紧张
2⃣日本bond收益率影响全球市场
3⃣AI sector的估值让我不太安心
我不认为年底会出现剧烈崩盘，但也不愿意乱动。
所以我的操作是：
💵法币方面，
增加了 money market fund配置，收益约6.4%,
少量现金继续在high interest account, 收益约4.3%
如果S&P 出现合理回调，逐步加仓
🉑加密方面，
BTC 和ETH 现货不动（仓位已经满意）
ADA 持续运营矿池（池子规模 7000 多万）
SNEK 仓位无改变
其他山寨跌麻了，但是因为不急用钱，暂时无视
我现在的配置是：
法币端：高流动性来保持灵活性，
加密端：不 FOMO，不慌，观察
✅如果现在是加密周期的顶部，那我OK；如果不是，而是最后会有一波拉升，我打算在高点逐步减仓。
核心思想：山寨为积累btc而服务

为什么开始写宏观？
过去几年，我经常在推特上刷到关于宏观新闻的热帖，它们标题很勾人，情绪化，我都会忍不住点开看，快速浏览，满足对信息的渴望，但看了很多，事后觉得没学到什么，跟吃了零食一样。
我意识到自己不能再依赖碎片信息，必须建立属于自己的框架和判断体系。
而我站在一个很好的起点：
1⃣在伦敦，身边有监管，投资，创始人，基金经理等不同人脉；在线下经常参加各类闭门会议，政府部门讨论，跨行业会议；
2⃣长期在 web3 体系里工作，做投票代表，做内容，通过运营社区观察人们的行为变化，舆论导向，也见过市场如何被叙事推动。
3⃣宏观 + web3 + 线下权力观察，这些东西叠加起来，会形成一个我过去没有意识到的优势。
所以十一月中旬，我正式开始补齐宏观系统知识。
搭建自己的叙事体系，独立判断市场，大胆分享对和错，持续成长。
不当分析师，不当老师，而是构建自己的思维系统，今后我要做自己的判断。
不怕错，错了就复盘，再来。
✳️过去两周：学习，辨别，判断
这两周我做的事情很简单：恶补宏观概念的底层逻辑（利率、就业、通胀、carry trade、收益率、TGA 等），然后以此辨别消息来源，分清噪音与信号，
必须逼自己做出判断，而不是被热帖带节奏。
❇️最明显的成果是：
我的日本 carry trade 推文非常成功，说明深度和清晰度是一部分人真正需要的东西。
现在也能比较快地分辨哪些热帖是噪音，哪些值得看。

关于Cardano 方向，不会变：
Cardano 原本是我账号的主要内容，我知道很多人因此找到我。
十一月我做的事情包括：
1⃣持续生产高质量 Cardano 内容；
2⃣我的中文群人数超过7000人；
3⃣持续参与治理：投票权已超过 8000 万ada，1600+人信任，是投票代表人数计算的top 10；
4⃣贡献给 SNEK 亚洲行的关键建议，并促成台湾之行落地；
所以未来的方向是： Cardano 内容继续做，社区和矿池持续运营，添加宏观的理解，会更有益。

YouTuber开付费会员，市场买帐吗？
很多创作者早期都会说不开付费，但那句话的语境我想是不开割韭菜的付费和不开掺杂利益冲突的付费，而不是永远不对内容定价。
当频道进入成熟期，随着粉丝基数扩大、回复成本变高，那他从规模切换到筛选，免费到收费，是自然的演化。
区块链日报的Derek在宣布开付费会员后，发了一个24分钟的视频对自己为什么开付费会员进行了解释，当然评论区有不同的声音。
这个时候，看市场反应比看他的个人声明更有说服力。
宣布会员几天后，订阅已经突破一万，他频道有20万订阅，这个超过5%的转化率在说相当高了。
这说明市场有足够多的人愿意为他的内容付费。
我认为他对粉丝最大的帮助是投资心态，所以如果不愿意为新内容付费，其实他过去几年做的免费内容本身就覆盖量极大，倒回去看，就能把他的投资心法学个差不多，也够看了。
说我认识他的个人体验。
我认识 Derek 的方式很简单：我从来没跟他讲过一句话，知道有这个频道存在，做得不错。某天他却在我频道只有 4,000 订阅时，直接在自己的频道里推荐了我。第二天，我的频道订阅翻倍。
在此期间，他没有向我索求任何东西，没有邀功炫耀，纯粹因为他觉得内容值得被更多人看到。
后来他推荐大懒猫的频道，我猜想也是同样的逻辑：
把自认为有价值的内容创作者，推到更多人面前，让中文 Web3 的知识边界更大一点。
最后， 有人担心收费意味着变质，那可以从他过去几年的实际行为来推测，他的商业边界是否依然清晰？
没有接项目方，没有做交易所返佣 affiliate，没有利用信任兜售币，过去几年日更。
所以， 会员制更像是他内容体系发展的下一阶段，而不是对旧模式和初心的否定。

My understanding of the network situation:
There is no confirmed “full network outage”.
Block production slowed down, and some explorers were not updating correctly, which created the impression that no blocks were being produced. In reality, blocks were still coming in, just more slowly.
The root cause is a software inconsistency between different node versions.
Some SPOs were running versions that not handle a particular network condition correctly.
Meanwhile, nodes running the stable version 10.1.4 behaved as expected and continued producing blocks.
Intersect released an urgent fix (10.5.2), and pools on the affected versions are currently upgrading. This is a software issue, not an operator mistake.
The chain is stabilising, the fix came out, and the ecosystem responded quickly.
Cardano 网络情况更新：
今天大家可能在 X 上看到关于 Cardano 出现 20 分钟左右“出块暂停”的讨论，信息比较混乱。
这里给大家一个稳定且清晰的总结：
这次的情况更类似于拥堵，而不是停摆。
首先，Cardano 生态里非常权威的技术负责人 Pi Lanningham 已经说明：
这是一个只影响少部分节点版本的 bug。
需要尽快升级，但不是系统性风险，没有资金损失风险，一切可恢复。
其次，问题来自节点10.3.x、10.4、10.5 这些版本在某个网络条件下处理不一致，从而导致短暂的 parallel forks 和出块速度变慢。
这是软件版本差异的问题，不是矿池运营的错误。
在这期间，运行10.1.4 稳定版本的池子们一直表现正常、持续产块。
为什么不同池子会运行不同节点？
Cardano 去中心化的特点：
因为所有池子运营们不会同时升级，所以哪怕某个版本出问题，也只会影响一部分节点，其他稳定健康版本的节点会继续保持链的运行，避免全网停摆。
最新：
Intersect 已经发布紧急修复版本 10.5.2，受影响的节点正在升级。
虽然 10.5.2 已通过测试，但任何快速修复都有极小的风险，因此让部分节点继续运行“已知稳定版本”对整个网络是健康、正面的。
最关键的一点：
Fika池在整个期间一直运行的是稳定版本 10.1.4。
这意味着：
– Fika 一直在正确链上
– 完全没有遇到 bug
– 整个期间持续正常
– 是保持 Cardano 网络稳定性的那批节点之一
– 质押者的安全与收益未受到影响
总结一下：
这是一次紧急但可控的问题，官方和社区都已经快速响应，紧急修复版本已经出来了。

关于 $NIGHT 解锁期，我的理解：
今天是Midnight挖矿阶段Scavenger Mine的最后一天， 完了之后我们会进入下一个阶段,就是解锁期。
老茶发推文说Midnight 上线是在12 月 8 日。
那么理论上来说从那天开始，解锁期就开始了。
关于解锁期，我看了代币经济学和官网的说明，以下是我的理解：
🟢你的 $NIGHT 不会一次性给你，解锁是四次，每次 25%，总时长 360 天。
这里面有几个核心机制：
1. 每个钱包都有“随机首解锁日”
你会被分配一个随机数，在 1 到 90 天范围内。
由于解锁是 四次，每次 25%，总时长 360 天。
那么这个随机这个数字决定了你第一批 25% $NIGHT 在哪一天解锁。
例，如果抽到的随机数字分别是 1， 25， 90：
Day 1 分配 → 1, 91, 181, 271
Day 25 分配 → 25, 115, 205, 305
Day 90 分配 → 90, 180, 270, 360
所以这个还是有点看运气的，运气好分配到低数字的，可以先领。
2. 你可以选择分批领，也可以等 360 天一起领
但每领一次，都要付一次 Cardano 网络手续费（很低，大约 0.16–0.17 ADA 左右）。
3. 一些特殊分配（基金会、TGE、财库等）跟我们无关，它们不是这次 claim 的内容，规则是：基金会 和 TGE的币 可立即流通、财库 和 Reserve 会按协议锁定。
🟢当挖矿期结束之后（还有9个小时），你要关注三件事：
A. 等上线日期（老茶推文给的日期是 12 月 8 日）
这一天之前，什么都做不了。
B. 上线后，Claim Portal 会开放。
到时候去 NIGHT Claim Portal 检查你的“解锁 schedule”
Portal 会告诉你你的随机首日是多少，比如 14、37、89 之类。
你会看到四个解锁点，例如：
第 1 次：Day 37
第 2 次：Day 127
第 3 次：Day 217
第 4 次：Day 307
C. 每次解锁后，你可以选择：
立即 redeem 那一批 25% NIGHT
或者
一直等到最后一次解锁（360 天）再一次全领
每一次转账行为都是一次 Cardano 交易，大约需要 0.16–0.17 ADA。
如果你懒，很多人会选择等到全部解锁完，再一次领完，手续费只付一次。
但如果你想提前使用／流通／卖出，那就每次都领。

上期视频里讲了那个 repo事件（回购市场拉升）：当时就说，短期对加密不利。因为现在市场缺现金，
银行、基金、机构都在抢美元流动性，
大家需要现金，就只能抛掉手里的风险资产， 包括比特币和其他加密货币。
所以今天市场下跌是合理的反应。
这里有一个重要概念，TGA（Treasury General Account），
也就是财政部在美联储开的账户。所有美国政府的收支都经过这个账户。
政府发债或收税时，钱进TGA；政府发工资、付军费、补贴时，钱从TGA流出。
所以，TGA上升 = 政府在吸走市场流动性；TGA下降 = 政府在把钱花回市场。
最近美国不是政府停摆（government shutdown）吗？
财政部需要赶紧补充现金储备，也就是所谓的 TGA Refill。
他们要发新债，把市场上的现金吸进财政部账户。
问题是：
市场上的现金是有限的。财政部一抽钱，银行系统里的准备金就少了，这就导致银行之间开始在repo市场上抢美元。
银行现在愿意花比美联储“无风险利率”高很多的钱，只为了借到现金。说明市场上美元现金非常紧张。他们手里都是债，缺流动性。抛售资产是正常反应。
但别慌。
中长期，美联储最终一定要出手救市。
因为整个美国金融体系建立在信贷扩张的逻辑之上。
不印，整个系统就崩。
他们的动作名义上可能叫：
“Liquidity injection（流动性注入）”
或者
“Balance sheet expansion（扩表）”
说白了就是变相印钞。
而只要美联储放水、扩表、恢复流动性，
风险资产都会重新得到支撑。
所以现在是现金吃紧期，短线谨慎；
但从中期看，这是新一轮流动性周期的前奏。
长期，这加深美国金融系统的根本脆弱性。这次事件反映了一个结构性问题：美国的债务太多，银行准备金太少，
整个系统越来越依赖Fed不断“打补丁”。
长远来看，这会削弱美元信用，而硬资产（包括加密货币）会成为系统性对冲工具。
每一次流动性危机，最终都变成印钞的理由。
保持冷静，守好资产 ，谨慎乐观。

Last Friday, I was invited by Baroness Uddin, MP, to join a roundtable discussion at the UK House of Lords, on the theme “Building Trust Through Knowledge: Advancing Blockchain Education for the UK”
The room brought together academics from Birmingham, Southampton, London , alongside industry leaders including Blockchain.com and @MidnightNtwrk @midnightfdn
Key points from the discussion
1. Growing demand for education: Universities are seeing a rising interest in blockchain courses among students, but face challenges related to interdisciplinarity (combining law, finance, and technology) and limited teaching resources.
2. Hiring challenges: Companies want skill-based recruitment but lack standardised credentials, making it hard to evaluate candidates.
3. Applications matter: Just as most people learn to use Excel rather than “the internet,” blockchain education for the public should focus on practical use cases
4. Security: Education must also prepare people, especially older generations, against scams
5. 🥟My contribution🥟
I asked participants to raise their hands: Who learned blockchain through formal education? Very few hands went up. Who learned via YouTube, TikTok, or self-study/by experience? Almost everyone did.
This highlights today’s reality: blockchain education is decentralised. Influencers and online communities already play a critical role. I used my own experience as an example of how influencers can help improve the industry:
1⃣Equip the masses with tools and knowledge to make their own informed decisions
2⃣Be creative about business models to make high-quality content profitable
💡Cardano in focus
The presence of the Midnight Foundation reminded me how closely #Cardano ties education, governance, and privacy together.
One speaker also mentioned Cardano’s stake pools- people in remote regions are not only earning income, but also learning blockchain by operating infrastructure. Education here is hands-on, accessible, and empowering.
True leadership in Web3 will require interdisciplinary talent, strong applications, and inclusive education models. I’ll continue working on this mission from the creator side.
