Experienced in UK prisons calling for real reform, stronger discipline, and a justice system that puts victims first. and using funny cartoons to do it.

I'd like to remind everyone that El Salvador built a prison capable of holding 40,000 inmates in just six months. It shows what can be achieved when a government is motivated and willing to act.

We’ll build 50,000 new prison places, the biggest expansion since Queen Victoria, and put an end to early release.

Frankly, I would not care if the assailant here was found, convicted and executed. This level of depraved indifference to human life can't be fixed.

A brick, a bottle, a petrol bomb — yes, they can absolutely kill someone. if you’re rioting and making — “see a throwing motion, you should be shot” — they'd soon pack up and go home #france #fenceriots

Maybe these men heard we were running out of space.

Out of all the fine dining available — McDonald’s, Nando’s, the bin behind Tesco — he chose KFC. That’s ambition. That’s vision. That’s a future fast‑food mogul in the making. Colonel Sanders would be proud… or confused… or turning in his grave at what this country’s become.

The IMB is an immoral joke. You can volunteer anywhere — hospitals, schools, churches — places that actually help people. But instead you choose to stroll into prisons and ask the same people who’ve abused children how they’re “feeling.” I once watched a sex offender moan to an IMB member that his chicken was too burnt. No exaggeration. And the IMB actually looked interested, like it was some serious human‑rights crisis. It’s pathetic.
We're still recruiting IMB members ! We still have a few places available at next week's virtual prisons event. This is the final event for this campaign. Come along to find out more about the role, hear from current members, and discover how you can get involved. 🔗 Find out more and book your place: imb.org.uk

Why would anyone be letting this prisoner out early. He’s literally saying he’s going to go back out and steal again. The government is creating unnecessary victims of crime by being soft on crime.

Another absolute gentleman. I'm sure he's only wearing the balaclava because he's just got back from a skiing holiday or a motorcycle ride.
A photo I took at Wandsworth Prison this morning. Just released early back into your community courtesy of Andy Burnham and Labour. It’s a disgrace. Video coming soon 🔜

One gets aggressive, the other two admit they've been in prison before, so clearly they didn't learn the first time. This is absolutely pointless. I give all three of them three weeks before they're back inside.
The first wave of prisoners have been freed under the early release scheme. They'll be buying kebabs, getting girlfriends, and (maybe) voting Labour.

Labour dumping 700 criminals back onto our streets is going to be disastrous for those who suffer at the hands of repeat offenders. One of those released is already openly stating he intends to steal again. With every theft, there is a victim. Labour simply does not care about the victims of crime.

Around 700 prisoners will be released today under the government’s controversial early release scheme. Labour’s answer to full jails is to let rapists and thieves out early to terrorise our streets once again. They put criminals first and victims last. Like they always do.

Nothing to worry about here. Just a group of future doctors, engineers, and model citizens taking the scenic route to success. I’m sure rehabilitation starts tomorrow.

These look like such upstanding members of society, don’t they? Especially the one in front doing his best Casper‑the‑Ghost impression just in time for Halloween. I’m sure these lads won’t be back inside within a few weeks. No, definitely not.

You throw the rubbish out, then complain when the rats and cockroaches turn up. The irony is, you're the biggest vermin in the place.

If our government sends this man to El Salvador, it would bring back even a tiny bit of hope for our country. And when he gets there, they should film him being made to reenact his knife stunt — not for laughs, but so he finally faces the reality of what he’s done.

People are living scared — bodies changed, minds shattered. Some never recover, some don’t survive. The pain spreads to families and whole communities. That’s what we’re realising today: we’re pouring hurt and trauma into the places we live. #earlyrelease
