Last week the government announced new sanctions on Israel, including a ban on trade with Israeli settlements.
Hear from Conservative MP and former Middle East Minister Andrew Murrison as he quizzes the Foreign Secretary on how these sanctions will actually work, given the enormous difficulties British companies will face distinguishing goods produced entirely on one side of the Green Line from goods produced entirely or in part on the other side.
The failure to explain this point is exactly why we and others are concerned that this will be a de facto boycott of the whole of Israel.

I thanked them for their firm opposition to the hostile Labour Government’s announcement today and its series of anti-Israel policies since taking office.
I welcomed their support for the friendship with Israel and their commitment for the future relations between our countries. We know that we have many friends in the UK, but unfortunately we are faced with the ongoing hostility of the current Labour government.

While Labour is indulging in gesture politics, Hamas terrorists continue to violate the ceasefire and refuse to disarm while the PA continues to promote pay for slay.

So…let me get this right…today our Labour Government is (rightly) supporting the right of the Falkland Islands to exploit the vast natural resources off their coast, by a partly Israeli company.
At the same time as continuing work to legislate for a total ban on all new licenses off the British coastline and introducing tariffs on Israeli companies.
The lack of any continuity of thought through this utterly woeful Government is terrifying. It’s amateur hour.
