This time, the victim was Marvins Antoine, an 18-year-old college football player just weeks into his freshman year. Antoine was a freshman running back for UMass Dartmouth and a former Durfee High standout. He had not yet taken a varsity snap for the Corsairs. Hours after the team’s 23–21 home loss to Framingham State on Friday, Antoine went with teammates to Mezzo Lounge on Charles Street in Providence. The club reached capacity and stopped letting people in. Providence Police Chief Oscar Perez said an argument began in the line between a woman and some of the players. It moved across the street to the Wendy’s parking lot at 391 Charles Street around 12:30 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 19. Antoine was st*bbed in the chest and d*ed at Rhode Island Hospital. Teammate Kensley Macean, 19, a freshman defensive back from Dighton, suffered wounds to his head, neck and left arm. Police said his injuries were not life-threatening. Perez said investigators do not believe the suspect knew the two players. The suspect was also a UMass Dartmouth student, but was not on the football team. Providence police charged 19-year-old Chukwunonso David Uzoma-Eze with m*rder and said additional charges could follow. Authorities also plan a felony as*ault charge in connection with Macean’s injuries. His name is spelled differently across police and court reports. Investigators used Flock cameras to track Uzoma-Eze’s vehicle out of Providence. UMass Dartmouth police arrested him on campus Saturday morning. On Monday, he pleaded not guilty in New Bedford District Court to being a fugitive from justice, waived extradition to Rhode Island and was held without bail at the Bristol County House of Correction. His next court date was set for Sept. 28. Court papers said police could not confirm a Social Security number. @CTCentinal reported that ICE Boston lodged a detainer with the Bristol County House of Correction on Sept. 22. In a statement provided to the outlet, ICE called Uzoma-Eze a Nigerian national unlawfully in the country. The agency said he entered the United States legally in 2015 but later violated the terms of his admission; it did not specify his visa category or the alleged violation. Marvins Antoine had barely begun college. His family should be planning the rest of his life, not his funeral. #ICE #RhodeIsland

Meriden, CT, Judicial Court Marshals impeded an ICE arrest earlier this week, and told an illegal alien with multiple DUIs to hide upstairs in the courthouse !!! One Judicial Court Marshal even blocked the elevator and exits and threatened one of the officers by saying “I’ll catch you outside and rip your face off.”  Then anti-ICE agitators blocked the officer’s exit. @libsoftiktok @RNCResearch @CTGOP @GOP
