The TS4 Firmware Update addressing M1 sleep issues is here.
We're releasing the update on Windows today, and it will be available on macOS on Tuesday along with a knowledge base walkthrough article.

Our TS4's new firmware version is imminent. This will address the sleep/wake behavior appearing on M1 devices. We're going through some final housekeeping for the update and will launch it later this week for both macOS and Windows.

Are you referring to this part of our support page? The "Contact Us" button displays contact methods. But I can see how it may not be evident. I'll speak to our webmaster about bringing the button in line and removing the twitter suggestion.
I don't see anything we got tagged in, sorry. This video covers a lot of the pitfalls users may see when trying to get dual monitors.
Please note that while M1 Pro and Max macOS devices support dual monitors, base M1 devices only support a single monitor.

Absolutely - if you are on a Mac computer, look in your System Information application when the cord is connected to a Thunderbolt item. The speed should let you know the lowest data transfer speed of the chain (including the Thunderbolt item you are connecting to).

Hey Vigo! You should check out the USB-C dock - it can connect to your MacBook and has a DisplayPort port that you can connect to via an adapter.
If you're okay with waiting a little bit we *may* have a USB-C Pro dock coming out that can connect with both USB-C and Thunderbolt 3!
I don't mean to peer pressure you into this decision, but you should definitely do it. Immediately, if not sooner. You know you want to!!!
But seriously, if we can help you to answer any questions regarding how it will fit with your current setup, just ask.
