Suggested rule change for EEOC.
Mandatory physical posters are supposedly how employees are informed of EEO law. This is OUTDATED.
Employee activity in 2026 takes place online. Notices to employees are NOT put on walls. They are put in emails or on internal websites. The "Know your rights" poster requirements should be an *electronic* requirement, and employees should have to sign off on it that they understand it.
At tech companies, the majority of the workforce is foreign, has never heard of EEO, and for many years has been instead given the opposite suggestion that discrimination is ok sometimes if it is for certain groups.
