A good thing about this Dangote share information deluge is how I read an article on unclaimed dividend on SEC site. Long story short, I don trace shares Access Bank gave me which year and sent for dematerialization. Just waiting for their shares to rise like their mates own.

The stockbrokers provided list of documents and letters to provide.
I can’t remember all of them but here’s the few I can off the top of my head:
1. Letter of transfer of shares signed by original signatory (my mom).
2. Letter of Authority for transfer of dividends and shares.
3. Signed Bankers’ confirmation letter addressed to each registrar of the shares.
4. BVN verification letter.
Amongst other IDs and forms from the broker.
Just email your broker about your request and they will provide you will a list of what you should provide.
What about transfer from parent to children. What is the process? All documents and certificates intact.
