Doe has been asked to consent to the venue change; if she doesn't, Moonies will ask the court to order the transfer. LINDSAY CLANCY: New Evidence Ruling Judge Sullivan has relased a filing on which exhibits from Clancy’s murder trial will remain public, and ordered that everything NOT included on his approved list be impounded until further order. The ruling does not identify those sealed exhibits by name or explain why each one is being withheld. The public evidence includes crime-scene and blood photos, exercise-band evidence, prescription bottles and medication records, toxicology and DNA evidence, photos of Clancy’s wrist wounds, family photos and Lindsay’s 16 pages of log entries.
