Lol, there was a 4200 sq foot two story rambler just south of DC on an acre of land down the street for rent for 6,000 a month. I wouldnt pay it. I pay 2k a month for a 20 year mortgage. After that I will own (i know...property taxes never go away) an almost 3ksqft home on 8 acres.
