BREAKING: Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent is reportedly gearing up to REVOKE the tax-exempt status of nonprofits including George Soros' Open Society Foundations, CAIR, and the Southern Poverty Law Center. And it could come with massive CIVIL PENALTIES and back taxes. For decades, these political operations have masqueraded as "charities" while living tax-free on the American dime. - Open Society pushes open borders, funds radical prosecutors, and bankrolls NGOs that sue America for enforcing immigration law. SPLC slanders conservative and Christian groups as "hate groups" to get them deplatformed. - CAIR has been cited by federal prosecutors as an unindicted co-conspirator in the largest terrorism financing trial in U.S. history. And you, the taxpayer, have been subsidizing it. According to the NY Post, Treasury and IRS are drawing up a sweeping audit under President Trump's 2025 executive order targeting nonprofits operating with a "substantial illegal purpose" - financing political violence and organized radical action. Bessent's inner circle is drafting the blueprint to strip 501(c)(3) status, which would force them to pay the 21% corporate tax rate like every real business. If taxed at 21% for 2024 alone: Soros network would owe $163.6 MILLION SPLC: $354,000 17 CAIR chapters: $860.000 - Combined total: ~$165 MILLION in taxes they dodged Treasury officials are "like a dog with a bone" on this, sources say. Many of these groups are "on borrowed time." This was made possible by Trump's memorandum "Countering Domestic Terrorism and Organized Political Violence" that directs the IRS to ensure no tax-exempt entities are financing political violence. Bessent put it bluntly: "We are examining where tax exempt status has been exploited, where charitable entities have become financial conduits for foreign influence... and have enabled violence." The ultimate irony? Bessent used to be Soros' own chief investment officer. Now he's the man dismantling the Soros empire. It's about time.

(I forgot to post this yesterday) Fifty-one years ago on October 25, 1975, Evel Knievel made history by successfully jumping 14 Greyhound buses at Kings Island in Ohio. Flying 133 feet on his Harley-Davidson XR-750, the legendary stuntman achieved the longest successful jump of his career and drew a record-breaking 52% television audience on ABC's Wide World of Sports. The historic leap served as the ultimate redemption after his horrific Wembley Stadium crash just five months earlier, setting a world record that stood unbroken for 24 years. I loved watching him as a kid.

Good morning Europe SpaceX investors While you were having your beauty sleep, this happened: 1. Elon quoted a post saying Starlink is now on 50 airlines and counting: "Try using Starlink for your home or business". easyJet just signed for its A320 and A321 fleet. In January its CEO said the economics didn't work 2. Verizon's CEO said Starlink would need $300 to 500B and 4 to 6 years to build a mobile network. Elon: "Will take 2 or 3 years" 3. SpaceX's 8-K: a binding commitment for $40B of GPU financing with Apollo. Five year leases, deliveries starting H1 2027. Anthropic filed to go public and signed deals to spend up to $120.5B renting AI chips from SpaceX 4. Merger talk keeps growing. Tesla retail holders now have over $10.2B of Tesla stock behind a letter backing a SpaceX combination. Dan Ives puts 80 to 90% odds on a merger by 2027 5. Elon on Starship engines: "We can only reliably get to around 230 t-F with Raptor 3". The post he replied to says Raptor 4 will be 7.1% more powerful 6. Elon on AI compute: "~100% of SI will be deep space compute. Obviously." 7. Peter Sellis is joining X as the new head of Product 8. In case you missed my post: The $40B of GPUs could pay for themselves in about 9 months (my math) Have a great Tuesday!!
Good morning Europe SpaceX investors Here are the most important things that happened while you were having your beauty sleep + a couple of things you should pay attention to today 1. NASA Space flight: Booster 22 finished a full-duration static fire of all 33 engines on Pad 2, ahead of Starship Flight 15 in November. Flight 15 will try to catch both the booster and the ship next month 2. Today is the last SpaceX unlock. Up to 328.4M shares can be sold, a quarter of Thursday's 1.31B. The next one is 8 Dec. So after today there are no unlocks for 43 days. 3. Elon: SpaceX has closed $40B of debt to buy GPUs. He says it is mostly callable debt for chips arriving in Q1 and Q2, "not a major factor this quarter" 4. Elon also said debt markets have almost shut off money for any company without big revenue outside AI data centers, and the 200+ neoclouds will see "guppy-level death and consolidation". He added that SpaceX is not buying any of them 5. Elon: Grok Bot can now call a business for you, make a request, take notes and send you a summary of the call 6. Sawyer Merritt: SpaceX is running Grok Bot ads in Penn Station in New York, which serves 600,000+ passengers a day 7. Elon: X Money now lets you long press a like to send someone $1 8. In case you missed my posts: X + Grok has 6.3M payers out of 550M monthly users. At ChatGPT's pace that is 54M by May 2028, or $13B ARR at $20 a plan My call: $SPCX to $178 to $195 before Friday's close, if this unlock repeats August's 23% in 2 days Have a great Monday

Senator Padilla continues to demonstrate his profound respect for the founding documents. It is truly impressive how easily he can call for government investigations into private citizens simply because he dislikes their speech or their business decisions. The First Amendment, the Fourth Amendment, and the Fifth Amendment must be very flexible concepts in his mind. Perhaps the Bill of Rights was only meant as a temporary suggestion until certain people found it inconvenient. This kind of selective reading of the Constitution is exactly what we can expect if Democrats get back in charge, I guess. Very reassuring for anyone who still thinks the government is supposed to follow the rules that apply to everyone else.

Elon Musk The remaining time is at most 5 years. During this period, it's still possible to make money through "human labor." But after that, Most jobs that have been paid salaries until now will become automated. The business of earning money will end. The "meaning of paying money to humans" will disappear. This system that's been going on for the last 200 years "If you lend us your time for 40 years, we'll pay you a salary" This will end... Work will end In other words, history's largest-scale "money movement" will take place. So, what's the situation now? 👉Some people have realized it and taken action 👉Many people are "waiting until it's explicitly stated in the news" This "time gap between realizations" is everything. So, what needs to be done in these 3 years? Very Simple "Transform your own time into an asset that machines cannot take away" Specifically, the following • Rare digital assets like Bitcoin • Real assets like land or energy • Computers or infrastructure • Connections with people (network) • The power to produce food or things necessary for life What even is a salary??? "Just for having lent your own time" If the value of that time, becomes cheaper and superior with machines... - That value will suddenly collapse In the end, the only thing left will be this "What you own (assets)" In these 3 years Those who can transform from "a salaried person" to "an asset-owning person" In 2035-2036 will be the "people who saw the future." After that • Salaries won't increase They'll eventually become irrelevant The only thing left is one "Who owns what" The door of opportunity is open right now. But it's closing faster than everyone thinks.

Ready to have your mind blown? Senator John Kennedy on Elon Musk and DOGE exposing USAID, “I'll tell you what Mr. Musk discovered. I find it fascinating. He discovered: - The American taxpayers are giving money to Afghanistan - He found that we are giving money to Yemen - He found that we are giving money to Syria - He found that the USAID has 10,000 people employees, and every year they give away $40 billion - He found that the USAID gave money to support electric vehicles in Vietnam. Our money, taxpayer money - He found that the USAID gave money to a transgender clinic in India. “I didn't know that. I bet you the American people didn't know that” - He found that USAID gave $1.5 million to a Serbian LGBTQ group, they got $1.5 million to QUOTE, “advanced diversity, equity, inclusion in Serbia's workplaces and business communities” - They found that USAID spent $164 million to support radical organizations around the world - They gave $122 million of that to groups aligned with foreign terrorist organizations - According to this report in Mr. Musk, the USAID has given millions of dollars to quote organizations in Gaza controlled by Hamas - He found that we gave $2 million, USAID did, for sex changes in Guatemala - He found that we gave $20 million to produce a new Sesame Street show in Iraq - He found that we gave $4.5 million of taxpayer money to combat misinformation in Kazakhstan - He found that we gave $10 million, USAID did, of meals to an al-Qaeda-linked terrorist group called the Nusra Front - Mr. Musk found that we gave $7.9 million of taxpayer money to a project that would teach Sri Lankan journalists to avoid binary gendered language. (The USAID took 8 million bucks and gave it to a bunch of journalists in Sri Lanka to teach them how to avoid binary gendered language) - USAID gave $1.5 million to promote LGBT advocacy in Jamaica - They gave $1.5 million to rebuild the Cuban media ecosystem - They gave $1.5 million for quote, art for inclusion of people with disabilities in Belarus - Another $3.9 million for LGBT causes in Macedonia - $8.3 million for equity and inclusion education in Nepal “I could go all night and many of my colleagues are upset. They're really mad at Mr. Musk. Hell, I think we ought to give him a medal”

You know you can just look this stuff up, right? You can literally look up that Tesla has $45 Billion in the bank and is doing billions in profit every quarter.
Scott Galloway says Tesla is the patient in Musk's SpaceX merger and SpaceX shareholders are the organ donors "It's a real merger with a fake promise. When Musk merges something into another, it's an acknowledgement that it's about to crater." "He stuffed Twitter into xAI, which then got folded into SpaceX. His M&A strategy is simple. When one of his kids is failing, he makes another family adopt it." "So, right now, Tesla is the patient and SpaceX is the organ donor or SpaceX shareholders are the organ donor." "So, who wins? Tesla shareholders... That's like trading, you know, your Buick for a piece of a Gulfstream."

Oh, yeah b/c that's a real shocker. Douche'opotamus here filed his grazillionth lawsuit against Trump. Who could have seen that one coming? The only thing Mark could announce that would count as "breaking" news is if he took a shower.
🚨BREAKING: We have moved for a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction enjoining Trump from continuing to unconstitutionally impose themselves upon election administration procedures that the Constitution and federal law assign to the States.

For years, eating at Cheesecake Factory or Olive Garden or Red Lobster was a special occasion for many American families. It was a luxury reserved for a graduation or perhaps an anniversary. Meanwhile, Barack Hussein Obama and his spouse regularly dine at upscale restaurants around the world - including one diner where the tasting menu costs $390 per person and another that served $175 steaks. The melted condescension cost extra. No "smelly Walmart people" or bitter Americans clinging to their guns and religion in Obama's puffed up world.

🚨 NOW: Sec. Marco Rubio just said it PERFECTLY in front of dozens of global officials on leftist terrorism "You are here because two weeks ago, a 72-year-old woman was BURNED on over 80% of her body in her own home, in Greece, and she died, executed by a fire bomb because her daughter dared to stand for office!" "Far-left political terrorism is NOT a recent day modern novelty. It is NOT a fiction manufactured by conservative politicians." "For most of the modern era, it was in fact the DOMINANT form of political violence." "You are here today because for five days this winter, the lights went out in Berlin. The longest blackout in the city since the Second World War sparked by an attack that left tens of thousands of households without power in the freezing cold and left an 83-year-old woman dead." "You are here and you came because a month after that Berlin blackout, a French 23-year-old succumbed to traumatic brain injuries beaten to death on the streets of Lyon by a group of far-left militant thugs." "You are here because your political leaders are being attacked and stabbed and shot in your streets — because your businesses have been bombed, because your railways have been sabotaged, because your police officers have been beaten and burned!"' "You are here because this is real and it is getting worse and it can no longer be denied and it can no longer be ignored because it is time to crush this evil forever!"

This is such a freakish and disturbing thing for any father to say. Sam Altman should not be in charge of anything that matters. Xavier Becerra is funded by OpenAI. I am not. I will stand up to them, and stand up for our humanity.
Jimmy Fallon asks Sam Altman if he uses ChatGPT to raise the baby he has with his husband, and his answer is hilarious Jimmy Fallon: “You, you and your husband just had a baby. Congratulations, yeah. How old? How old is the baby?” Sam Altman: “Eight month old?” Jimmy Fallon: “Are you loving him?” Sam Altman: “So much. I have no non-cliched thing to say, but it is by far so much better than anything anyone tells you. I just so incredibly happy.” Jimmy Fallon: “And do you use ChatGPT when, when raising your baby?” Sam Altman: “I do. I mean I feel kind of bad about it because I, we have this like genius level at everything, intelligence sitting there like waiting to unravel the mysteries of humanity.” “And I'm like, why my kid stop dropping his pizza on the floor and laughing?” “So I feel like I'm not asking a good enough question.” “But it is, I don't know. I cannot imagine having gone through like figuring out how to raise a newborn without ChatGPT. Clearly people did it for a long time, no problem.”
