I think you should rotate some of your $ZEC and $HYPE into $NEAR.

The biggest wakeup items for me:
1. For some reason, I still just viewed near as pure infra, but the team is shipping a ton of products (intents, ironclaw, etc) and that means fees behind blockspace (I knew this already but have been skeptical of the amount they could charge)
2. Inflation still sucks (5%), but is going to be pulled down to 2.5% cap.
3. 100% circulating supply
Honestly though, if there is one chain positioned to captured the coveted "AI chain" I don't see how it's not them at this point. Not only has Ilya been very thoughtful in the technical build out (anticipating both AI, privacy and crosschain interop for literal years) but he also has the easy executive summary pitch of having helped create LLMs.
I don't have a NEAR position yet having mostly gone hard in ZEC+HYPE, but this reflection session is going to change that for me.

In reality @LaunchOnSF has a whole host of problems:
- What do you do when all the major stocks pairs have already been added?
Essentially all that’s left is to add ANY POSSIBLE new ones and milk these narratives for all they’re worth
- Bot that distributes rewards sometimes has a TOO significant impact on the charts
- Weak social connections; no scandals surrounding it; no public founders; no doxxed individuals
The last point is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT and distinguishes the success and widespread popularity of @RobinhoodCrypto from how people view @LaunchOnSF and most of @solana as a whole

- insanely profitable infra play
- no VCs, no unlocks
- 20% of the supply is burned already within 2 months
- $750,000+ (on a bad day) in buy backs a day
- innovative stock pairing launchpad leader
- produced one of the most insane runners we've seen on Solana in over a year ($ZCAT) and another 30 coins that went above 15 million marketcap
if you look at all the numbers on paper, and you had no idea what the ticker is, you would be bullish
yet everyone will still sit around all day to find something to fud or complain about
this could go to $1 billion marketcap and still be undervalued

If you want any chance at making money you will stand up when the .1% blatant take from retail pockets like this.
Any KOLs supporting Stonk are likely paid with the crime bundle that is destroying their communities. No launchpad is here to save you. But to charge high fees and still farm rewards is just a level of greed that is too much.

If you strongly dislike a platform, direct that criticism toward the people actively promoting it. However, many won’t, because they’re unwilling to challenge the large KOLs they shamelessly worship.

And now we’re supposed to believe this whole thing was just organic demand?
$STONK wasn’t a revolution.
It was a liquidity machine with a narrative slapped on top.
