JUST IN: The Court issued a Temporary Restraining Order requiring urgent repairs at Delta Pearl.
It orders defendants to:
— Fix the AC system
— Repair both elevators
— Clear trash and debris
— Remove graffiti
— Address rodents and pests
— Repair broken locks and enhance security
NEW: We are suing a Ward 5 landlord for extreme housing neglect.
Tenants at this 10-story building have been without air conditioning and working elevators since early July and face shocking, dangerous housing conditions.
We're fighting for accountability and emergency repairs.
