Here is the process going forward... there is really no question whether AB30 will pass the House or Senate... its just that no one ever thought it would get a vote at all and would just be killed on the Suspense File as all #E15 bills in California do. Not this time. #E15 approval in California is imminent.
In case you missed it, amazingly, AB30 was NOT axed by the California Suspense Committee.... #E15 in California in 2025 is now a very likely outcome!! The bill's progress will continue next week and will now get votes in both the CA House and Senate....

You didn't miss anything. I assume anyone that had a negative assessment on the stock would now be super bullish upon learning that their interpretation of FCF just went up $75 million! Unless they are short of course... Afterall - this is the same person that just months ago said the company couldn't afford to pay the dividend and would cut it to zero 🤔🤡

Not sure I've seen anyone discuss $ALTO net operating losses (NOLs) of over $200M at both the state and Federal level.
At a 21% corporate federal tax rate, that alone is an asset of over $40M or >$0.50 per share just at the federal level.
$ALTO - the Pekin Campus is 250 gallons which puts an asset sale value today (before all the new benefits coming once) at $7.5-$8.33 per share. Add in the western assets and positive working capital over debt and you are at $8.5-$9.33 per share

Great presentation by $ALTO today. Mgmt expects to soon earn over $100M EBITDA annually sans carbon capture which should generate an additional $60M a year (for a minimum of 12 years).
