Dear Anti Landlord crowd.......if you want to get landlords to agree with you, then talk about unresponsive contractors, public works departments, and finding mystery roommates in your rentals. We laugh at you when you talk about 2am toilet calls, but if you talk about the above we'll all agree.

Doomsdayers have always existed long before X. I’ve got one late night call in the past seven years. (10pm) Water heater. I pressed the power button… I pressed it again. Problem solved. Key? When you remodel/build, make sure all the boxes are checked at each step and don’t go cheap.

Not 1 Here either in 10 years. We must have the same insanely high quality toilets. Probably got them from the same batch at the exact same Lowes. We are definitely the lucky ones.
