For a torn rotator cuff. Our multi millionaire @GovNedLamont, our multi millionaire @SenBlumenthal, and multi lawsuit @AGWilliamTong, along with many others, allow WC claimants to be ripped off with help from the governor appointed judges. After 2 years, they threw the 9 charges out. The arrest was to cover up for a Meriden police officer who moonlights as a detective for Utica attorney Domenick Secondo. And for their lawyer friends/WC fraud. The threats were nothing. Nothing about any physical harm. Just years of frustration at being scammed by Mr. Secondo and the state. My defense was I’m a victim of a WC scam run by Lamont appointed Chairman Stephen Morelli, Judge Peter Mlynarczyk, Judge David Schoolcraft, Utica insurance, their attorney Domenick Secondo, my lawyers, and a bunch of drs. I cut the evidence down to about 40 pages. Down from about the 100 I had given them in November 2024 at their insistence. What Utica does is bribe your dr and lawyer to do nothing. No exam requests, reimbursements, failed to contact original dr. Nothing. The drs get $1,250.00 for a visit. My dr was bribed with 3 extra visits, plus 5 others for $10,000.00. I was told I had no medical opinion in the decision. For some reason, not a single agency in CT has jurisdiction over a NY insurance company or the WCC it runs. The WC Fraud Unit works directly for Utica tracking fraudulent claims. They won’t investigate their boss. I’ve contacted every agency I could. AG. WCFU. Public Advocate. Judicial Review Board. Insurance commission. Dept of Public Health. Lamont. Rosa DeLauro, Murphy, Josh Elliot, still waiting on that insurance liaison Josh, Looney, he doesn’t take emails, I sent his by postal service.
