Also, cable has ads and streaming also has ads. If you factor in those ad prices rather than the ad-free prices, you're looking at paying way less probably for streaming anyway. Not to mention there are constant six-month or 12-month deals. I think I pay for Peacock almost every year, $20 a year, and I just make a new account every Black Friday. I get six-month deals on HBO Max and Disney and all of that stuff. I probably pay like $200 a year for like five streaming services now. And I have ad-free Netflix as a part of that.

That's actually how nice Chromebooks are. Why are 99% of older people not using it? It's easy, it won't confuse you, just open up chrome and you are good. Viruses aren't built for Chromebooks. You can get apps only if you want to. Easy updates. No windows pop ups. No updating drivers. It really just works. 10 years of updates. Seriously it is super reliable and a Googlebook could be that. Why not message like that? Why not tell people, what if you don't need driver updates? Tell people how they can get their computer to turn on within seconds and they can immediately get their work done. Why not ask people, what if you don't need 100 apps, what if you just use Netflix and like to just look up your favorite websites? And what if you could do some awesome video editing apps like CapCut on the desktop? Not everyone needs to run a giant video editing program. Instead of marketing to that, they market their AI features.

If you are carrying an iPhone, then this product isn't for you at all. Pretty simple. But if you are on Android and you are going to use a laptop, and let's face it, 99% of people that are using laptops don't even need a bunch of Windows programs. They need something for word processing like Google Docs, but outside of that, they really just need to use a web browser and be able to go to Netflix and be able to just do basic entertainment. For a person like that that uses an Android phone, it's a great device for them. Also, Chromebooks have been very, very good for years at this point, and especially good Chromebooks. So I think Google has already proved themselves with the Chromebook despite what people would say. I absolutely adore the higher-end Chromebooks, and I think there's a lot of good that is here. I'm not saying that it can compete with MacBooks right now because I know the programs aren't there. There are some desktop programs we don't have, but overall, I'm impressed.
