The more I looked into Physical AI, the more I realized that the hardest problem may not be building a robot that can move. It may be teaching that robot what to do across the enormous number of situations it will encounter outside a controlled laboratory. A robot can have sophisticated hardware and a powerful model, but it still needs experience. It needs demonstrations of how objects: ✔ behave, ✔ movements should be coordinated, ✔ tasks change with different environments, and ✔ what to do when something doesn't go according to plan.
