Feel like I'll be repeating this a lot, but people like Luke are the football club. People who will be there after the characters on those leaked emails are out of the door, and people who were there long before them.

Guardiola thought City fans were weird at first. Part of him gradually "getting" the weirdness was the various UEFA/CAS/115 flashpoints. Whatever the final outcome, he should be furious with the board members he went out to bat for time and again.

What I enjoyed most here was the lack of any attempt to defend City's owners and the board. There's no defence. It's not our job to try.
But City existed before those people, will exist after those people, and we all just crack on.
