Now the highest levels of government—Senators, House members, the Vice President, and the President—are openly detailing shocking levels of fraud, waste, and abuse. The GAO’s own analysis has estimated annual losses to fraud alone between $233 billion and $521 billion. Improper payments continue in the hundreds of billions. And yes, American tax dollars have flowed in ways that ultimately benefited groups like the Taliban. ➡️ When the people running the government themselves admit the scale of the malfeasance, how can courts continue to pretend ordinary taxpayers suffer no particularized injury? We are the ones whose wages are seized. We are the ones left holding the bag for deficits that never end. We are the ones whose children inherit the debt. ✅️ It is long past time for the judiciary to recognize that taxpayers have standing to demand accountability: stop forcing us to fund this level of failure until the government can balance a budget and actually honor its oath to the American people. Generalized grievances become specific when the government itself confesses the theft. ⏳️It’s time we don't just say "no more." We take action. They work for us. Let's stop pretending it's the other way around.

At this point, I no longer see myself as a taxpayer; I see myself as a victim of fraud. So much money was stolen from American taxpayers. We need to see accountability and justice. The real question is, will we? Finding it is one thing. Making it costly for people to attempt it is another.

His university has 3,309 foreign students here on visas. 20-year-old Varun Batchigari, the degenerate on the right, was one of them. He arrived at the university from INDIA on an F-1 student visa in 2024. He's now charged with first degree murder after Tucson police say he fatally strangled his 19-year-old girlfriend, Julissa Salazar at her apartment. Batchigari was expelled from campus this year after a physical fight with his girlfriend. She was about to dump him due to his violent history and a prior sexual assault. The university never notified the State Department of his expulsion. We're counting on individuals with "she/her/they" in their professional bios to report foreign students to the State Department. Our Department of Education could treat this problem as an interagency national-security issue, partnering with the State Department to rapidly identify and report potential student visa violations. They've done no such thing. Let me say that again: Our Department of Education has taken no initiative to fix this. There are approx 1.5 MILLION foreign students currently in America on visas.
