#XLBully Tank Is OFFICIALLY ADOPTED! 😘😘😘 It’s official… TANK HAS BEEN ADOPTED! From Pack Lyfe Rescue #Hayward #CA: Tank came to us from the Madera Animal Shelter. First, we saw Mambo, who we believe may be Tank’s dad. Then, just two days later, two more XL Bullies were surrendered to the shelter and Tank was one of them. And this boy is BIG! At approximately 140 pounds, Tank may be one of the biggest dogs we’ve ever rescued, but underneath that giant body is the biggest, sweetest heart. Tank went directly to safety with RFRD Training Academy in #SanJose, and we are incredibly grateful for everything they did for him. From there, he went into a foster home in Livermore, where his foster family gave him so much love, care, and stability. And almost foster failed! Eventually, someone came along wanting to foster-to-adopt Tank… and it turned out to be the perfect match. After losing their own beloved dog, they opened their hearts to Tank and they fell completely in love with this giant boy. We truly believe Tank found exactly where he was meant to be. And there’s an extra special connection… Tank’s mom’s family had adopted another Bully girl from Riverside, so this big boy now has a wonderful family and a fellow Bully sister. A HUGE thank you to everyone who played a part in Tank’s journey his transporters, veterinarians, RFRD, foster family, volunteers, and everyone who helped us get this boy healthy, happy, and ready for his forever home. Rescue truly takes a village. Tank, you waited for your family, and they finally found you. Hey pals, Sampson just got back from specialist. He had 6 biopsies taken and 2 are mast cell tumors. On October 14th he will have surgery to remove those and a few other spots. Positive thoughts and prayers needed 🙏🙏
