CHINESE NATIONALS SENTENCED IN CALIFORNIA APPLE FRAUD CASE Two Chinese nationals — one an illegal alien — were sentenced to prison for leading a scheme to defraud Apple Inc. of at least $16.2 million by fraudulently “returning” thousands of counterfeit iPhones, iPads and other Apple devices. Ringleader and illegal alien Wenhui Huang was sentenced to 78 months and ordered to pay $16,239,254 in restitution following the @HSILosAngeles probe with its @IRS_CI, @USPS and @LAPDHQ partners. The group’s second-in-command, Yang Song, 39 got a 57-month sentence and was ordered to pay $16,997,415 restitution.

DHS is reducing your rent, especially in states that cooperate with @ICEgov. Texas accounted for about a quarter of ICE arrests in July and posted the country’s sharpest rent drops, with San Antonio down 4.8%, Austin 4.3%, Dallas and Houston about 3%. This is a shameless fabrication from @RepCasar.     The illegal alien is receiving around-the-clock medical care, including pain medications.   It is longstanding practice to provide comprehensive medical care from the moment an alien enters @ICEgov custody, including 24-hour emergency care. ICE has higher detention standards than most American prisons that hold actual American citizens.

Medical procedures are solely under the authority of the hospital. @ICEgov did not and would not instruct trained hospital personnel on how to do their jobs. It is a longstanding practice to provide comprehensive medical care from the moment an alien enters ICE custody. This includes medical, dental, and mental health services as available, and access to medical appointments and 24-hour emergency care. For many illegal aliens this is the best healthcare they have received their entire lives. This alien was released from the hospital and arrived at the detention facility just a few hours later, where he slept on a bed.   When is the last time a sanctuary politician visited with a family who lost a loved one to illegal alien crime? Radical Democrats continue to put illegal aliens above American citizens.

This illegal alien, who entered under the Biden administration, was the subject of a targeted vehicle stop. He had no valid work permit, had no legal status, and had a final order of removal from a DOJ Immigration Judge. Furthermore, he was ordered removed because he FAILED his legal obligation to attend his own immigration hearing. DHS does not pick and choose which laws to enforce.

Never forget these morally bankrupt people will cry foul and wring their hands in fake outrage for illegal aliens all while applauding and leering in grotesque joy over the assassination of American patriots.

What a ludicrous statement. No, Texas will not be safer without ICE law enforcement. No amount of smears and false narratives will slow down ICE from doing its job by removing dangerous illegal aliens from our communities. If ICE were not in Texas, these illegal alien predators, murderers, and traffickers would still be free to harm more Americans:
