Pete's Quadruple ByPass Surgery began at 7:30 AM Thursday Morning - October 1st, and ended at 5:30 PM. - 9 long hours. Pete is in recovery, off the ventilator, and breathing on his own. To say the least we are grateful. I spoke with his surgeon who is confident he will make a full recovery barring no post op complications, the next 48-hours are crucial. Pete is in a lot of pain but it is being managed and he is resting. Tomorrow morning he will be up and walking and a new journey begins. Thanks to everyone who prayed and continues to pray.
