An interesting shift in inventory mix is happening on the U.S. Housing Market. Home Builder share has dropped to 25.2% of all homes for sale. This ratio is down from an astounding 34% at the pandemic peak, when builders were the only game in town. 476k builder listings (25.2%) 1.41M re-sale listings 1.88M total inventory As re-sale inventory rises, home builders will have lower market share. Which is one reason why their recent earnings performance hasn't been so good. In the long-run, builders have around 15% of homes for sale. Don't be surprised if we inch towards that over the next several years, and home builders, as a result, perform worse. Their time as the "the only game in town" has come to an end. All this hand-wringing over capex from Facebook, Microsoft, Google and other new entrants is unnecessary. When products are this good and improving this fast, we won't overbuild; if anything, we'll be constrained by physics and regulation. And these machines will last a decade, as software gets relentlessly more efficient and we find creative uses for older clusters. Earnings will be absurd in the next five years, as companies like Microsoft, Uber, Tesla, Robinhood, and Meta have revenue per employee DOUBLE every 3-4 years. Pay attention to revenue and earnings per employee.

Another Brazillian company (300 in this case) firing all employees and closing its doors bellow. Many factories are moving to Paraguay for super attractive low taxes and one tenth of energy cost. No joke. Many big companies have already built there cause it’s impossible to produce goods and services with so many taxes on the entrepreneur. And eith the interest rates at this level, the debt is mounting to a ticking bomb. Faz o L galera leftists with iPhone!

Breaking: This might be Leopold Aschenbrenner's worst trade 1. Situational Awareness bought 10K shares of $CBRS 2. Cerebras builds giant AI chips meant to run faster than Nvidia's GPUs 3. $CBRS is down 9.4% today after short seller Culper Research said the chips only last 1.5 to 2.5 years in the field 4. Culper also claims the "proprietary" cooling material is actually 1980s tech, and hidden software keeps the chips running nonstop just so they don't crack when cooling $CBRS down 65%+ since May IPO and we see if Leopold still holds it on November 16th

Correction to earlier post: Tick.com was sold for $600,000 in a deal brokered by @katebuckley1 of @DefiningCom (on behalf of the seller) and @MrPremiumDotCom of @Sedo (on behalf of the buyer). Seems like a good deal for both parties.
Tick.com was sold for $600,000 via @MrPremiumDotCom at @Sedo. This excellent domain name sale was added to the list of recent publicly reported one word .com sales, where it sits just outside the top 10 for 2026: embrace.com/recent-one-word-…

Narrator: Cerebras didn't turn out to be the "Next Nvidia" as the guests on CNBC said. Down 70% from IPO day one.
I wouldn’t touch Cerebras with a 100 foot pole. Sure, it may go up on hype sentiment in the short term, but it’s far too fundamentally risky (scaling and future execution)

How many hours do you sleep? 😴 We spend so much time looking for ways to improve our lives, yet often ignore one of the simplest things: getting enough sleep. 🧠 Sleeping less doesn’t necessarily mean getting more done. A rested mind is more energetic, creative, and focused. Maybe the goal shouldn’t be to squeeze more hours out of the day, but to make better use of the hours we have.

Lawyer(.)si sold by us, already with a massive website alongside any others. More end users in a month than .xyz in its first 5 years :D Follow @igrowyoung for the mindset needed to catch the next wave :) #sidomains #supeintelligence
Look at what’s taking shape on .si! 🤯 End users are starting to show up! These are real projects building on .si, not just domains held for resale. And we’re only scratching the surface of what’s coming to .si. #si #superintelligence #domains #ai #business #brand #invest #agents

Kalin just confirmed that Lawyer.si has been sold and already has a substantial website! This is exactly what I’ve been talking about. We’re seeing more real end users building on .si, not just investors registering domains. #si #superintelligence #domains #ai #business #brand

🚨 Elon Musk just dropped one of the most important engineering truths One of the biggest mistakes a smart engineer can make is optimizing something that should not exist in the first place. People get trapped answering the wrong questions instead of challenging the assumptions behind them. That mental straitjacket kills real innovation. x.com/ElonClipsX/status/2075…

I had a pretty decent month. In the last talkshow I was so tired I forgot to mention I had just sold a one word .COM (rare word) 😅 for $7.5K in 12 month LTO @afternic (20% commission) 🙏. Will reveal the name after the LTO completes but it probably will coz site is already developed.Hold Time: 9+ years. And then last week I sold BRIYK.com for $3000 via @Daazcom (9% commission) 🙏 Initially I was not too thrilled as that price was set in a bulk pricing and I had actually wanted to keep it for my own use - then I registered the plural and was satisfied it will do as well if I decide to use it 😂 This was a handreg in from this May so superb ROI. Got a few more decent misspelt words to what I already own - some of them are listed below in case an entrepreneur stumbling on this post is looking for a short .COM name for a future/current project: Alphabeq.com Chisyl.com Cliyks.com ignitt.com ignitted.com Phyenix.com Sycamora.com Striwe.com Xomfort.com Synergizo.com 4ocus.com Brvck.com Buvld.com Thhnk.com Jywel.com Ultpa.com Siwft.com Fitnius.com RYBYL.com Hugzz.com Surprisingly a lot more companies are using these kind of brand names. I guess since .COM is the standard we are running out of good names especially below $5K. #domains #DomainsForSale #Branding #brandname #Entrepreneurship #startup
