The biggest mistake I see is when HS starts a lot of training stops.
I definitely get it because schedules are crazy. But you have a small window that’s closing. If anything you should be training more and being more consistent.

With all the changes affecting high school ballers like the 5 In 5, Transfer Portal etc etc …….
Why aren’t more players playing by Club/AAU in their Senior seasons? If you’re unsigned then keep getting better and embrace as many playing opportunities in front of coaches as possible🤷🏿♂️
