I still do not see how a “parliamentarian” can prevent an elected body from acting. The senate gas the authority, via the constitution, to set their rules for procedure. The major question: Who determines if their rules are truly constitutional? We as citizens, have no recourse to this injury outside of the vote. And the ultimate irony, it’s the legitimacy of the vote that the elected body is fighting against.

Almost as if the Senate has built an impenetrable stone wall around itself and the Parliamentarian, intentionally obstructing not just President Trump, but the House (Senate sitting on ~700 House bills), and WTP to a standstill. Time to identify and promote VIABLE primary challengers for Senators starting in 2028. Texas, OUR responsibility to get Paxton into the Senate and monitor @SenTedCruz closely.

Can someone show me where in the US Constitution the powers of the Senate Parliamentarian are defined? Never once mentioned? We can just fire the Senate Parliamentarian and not replace her. 90+ lawyers can figure it out Senate will work MUCH smoother without her Put @BasedMikeLee or @tedcruz on it.
