In 2021 during the third called Special Session, James came to the front mic to speak AGAINST passage of HB 25, the bill that BANNED boys from competing in girls' sports in Texas schools. Hear him in his own words. This is also where he said "God is non-binary". Un-edited, unaltered... his entire speech calling on Texas legislators to allow boys pretending to be girls to compete against actual girls. Texans: don't believe this lying heretic. He is, at his core, the most radical type of liberal progressive.

Last night, for the first time ever, ALL statewide Republican candidates (non-judicial) gathered to chart the course to victory in November. We will ensure Texas remains solid Red and we will preserve common sense over the chaotic policies promoted by radical Democrats.
