New UFO files are raising even more questions about what the U.S. government has been tracking for decades. @JesseBWatters highlights newly disclosed reports on “Jesse Watters Primetime,” including six objects spotted over the Middle East flying in a tight formation and reportedly reaching speeds near 480 mph while rapidly changing direction. Other records stretch back to Project Blue Book and include reports of unexplained objects, alleged encounters and even a Texas case in which witnesses said a diamond-shaped craft left them suffering burns and other injuries. And buried in the files is another surprise: Pentagon-backed research into concepts including invisibility cloaks and warp-drive technology.

I sent a letter to MIT Lincoln Laboratory in May requesting the “Flying Saucer Talk” recording. Today, that tape was released through the Department of War’s PURSUE program. This is exactly why we’ve kept pushing to find and release these historical records. More than 70 years ago, the Air Force was investigating UAPs near some of our nation’s most sensitive facilities, with radar returns indicating extraordinary speeds. We asked for the tape. Now the American people can hear it for themselves.

The Disclosure Foundation welcomes today’s @DeptofWar waiver authorizing current and former personnel to disclose UAP-related National Defense Information directly to the PURSUE effort. For years, individuals with direct knowledge of alleged UAP-related programs have cited concerns over security clearances, NDAs, and potential legal or administrative consequences as barriers to coming forward. Today’s action establishes an authorized, legally protected pathway for those individuals to provide what they know to designated investigators. Removing those barriers matters. Those with relevant information should be able to provide it without fear of retaliation or penalty for making an authorized disclosure. This is a meaningful step toward establishing the facts and toward the transparency and accountability the American public has been asking for. The Foundation continues to represent individuals to bring this information lawfully to Congress. Binding law protects individuals who share information with AARO and now PURSUE against lawsuit, prosecution, and retaliation regardless of an NDA--or any other restraint.
