I'm not a jack of all trades; I'm a master of many. I don't feel there is anything I can't do if I want to.

it's getting there

what a time to be alive
The whole point of building Tavus has been simple: talking to a machine should feel as natural as talking to a friend or coworker. It’s hard to describe all the tiny nuances that make a conversation feel human. The little expressions. Moving around in your chair. Knowing when to speak and when to listen. The dance of it all. Griffin is by far the closest anyone has come to a model that can capture those nuances. The first time I saw it being used, I had no idea I was watching our model rather than just a normal video call. I’m so incredibly proud of this team and what they’ve built.

Don’t say
- Delayed release of Astra 6.1 - 20x plan is now 10x plan - 5x plan is now 2.5x - You will pay $500 now to get the same limits as you did on the $200 plan - GPT 6 Sol is a disappointment OpenAI has completely lost it. Not even excited for DevDay anymore.

I just canceled AT&T. These fucking idiots can not repair a fiber cable in Los Angeles. My internet has been out for 3 weeks. Every day they say it will be back within 48 hours. They send workers, the workers say they can’t fix it, has to be solved by headquarters. But the company is so dysfunctional that they aren’t allowed to talk to headquarters. So they come back again and again. I try to call and explain- But if there is an outage, you get auto hung up on and told to check the app. Legacy telcos are fucked. They are too dysfunctional to repair their infrastructure. Their infustructure is to old and must be repaired. I live in an urban area. A street full of neighbors In a major American city. And they can not repair the line. Btw- My starlink has worked great the whole time. All in on starlink. No longer a back up You should buy a Starlink before your fiber line breaks too.

Yeah it's becoming impossible to actually research anything anymore, especially using Google's AI Overviews/AI Mode. So many topics are spammed to death. The user has to know how to filter through the BS.

Like I was saying to @gfiorelli1 yesterday, its time we get some kind of Panda combined with authority and usage based de ranking for the LLMs. So much low effort shit coming up in the answers, across all LLMs

Your way of saying we can’t no longer compete on the better model but a new ways to stir demand and marketing stuns?
Pretty excited for DevDay tomorrow. We have found a new thing.

Accurate
Feeling the AGI/ASI, few observations 1. Opus 5.5 really gives strong vibes of AGI (maybe not fully there, but we're very close, like 80%-90%). For example, few breakthoughs in training humanoids are needed. We need to move this intelligence into physical world. 2. I don't think Anthropic has discovered any magical formula. 3. Which means, SpaceXAI, Google, and others will soon follow. This prediction is based on the amount of compute they already have + additional compute being added all the time. 4. Never was more confident that Anthropic, SpaceXAI, Google, OpenAI, likely Meta, basically all big US AGI labs will have proper AGI in 2027. 5. And from there we'll move quickly to ASI territory (likely also in 2027). It looks like few GW of compute are enough for strong AGI, now imagine what we will able to do with 10-20GW of compute which are rapidly coming online. And then with 100GW-200GW... 2027 will be an utterly insane year.

If I was Anthropic I would drop Sonnet 5.5 and Fable 5.5 on DevDay.

COST PER TASK this is the real metric that matters not $ input/output tokens
Replying to @ArtificialAnlys
Grok 4.7's gains come with higher token usage. Grok 4.7 (xhigh) scores 46 on the Intelligence Index using 81k output tokens per task, more than double the 36k used by Grok 4.6 (xhigh). That compares with 60k for Muse Spark 1.3 (max) and 27k for GPT-6 Astra (max).
