VOTER FRAUD UPDATE: @SheriffLeaf gives massive update on his investigation related to the Michigan Department of State placing NONCITIZENS on VOTER ROLLS using the driver database at the Secretary of State's office, and now ordering clerks to delete evidence! This is the full update, videos 1 through 5. It's time to hold these people accountable, or this will continue to happen. Noncitizens were being placed automatically on voter rolls, with the Secretary of State manager acknowledging that he knew this was occurring, then incorrectly claiming and advising that employees would remove noncitizens from voter rolls. Sheriff Dar Leaf's investigation uncovered that municipal and county clerks have no ability to identify noncitizens on the voter rolls in the first place. A whistleblower from the Secretary of State's office came forward exposing Jonathan Brater and the Michigan Department of Elections, and how they began removing individuals from the qualified voter file, also known as a "QVF file." Mr. Brater and his staff, under his orders, started removing these individuals from the qualified voter file and notifying the municipal clerks that they should DELETE their "MASTER CARD" at the local level. The "Master Card" is municipal documentation and evidence that an individual "IS" or "WAS" on the voter rolls. MCL 168.514 requires preservation of the Master Card for 5 years pursuant to the statute. This was an unlawful instruction. Jonathan Brater testified under oath that the state does NOT maintain a permanent record of the qualified voter file, therefor the Master Card is the proof needed to show "WHO" the state is removing from the voter rolls. Brater is ordering the destruction of evidence that shows illegal voter registrations. Sheriff Dar Leaf is trying to interview witnesses but is being obstructed by the Secretary of State, Jocelyn Benson, and her staff. When Sheriff Dar Leaf went to interview a manager who documented the noncitizen automatic registration of the voter rolls, the witness gave a scripted response, and stated that they would not talk to Sheriff Dar Leaf or cooperate with the investigation, per the Secretary of State's office's direction. Sheriff Dar Leaf was also recently contacted by the Michigan Department of State, by Attorney Kayla Crane, Chief Legal Director. The letter from her states the following: "Our Secretary of State branch staff are not authorized to provide law enforcement information, simply on a verbal request or a demand. It is our understanding that you contacted Jonathan Brater outside of his official channels..." She then goes on to say that Sheriff Dar Leaf is harassing a witness, when Sheriff Dar Leaf is doin his job and an investigation into VOTER FRAUD, when the management staff knew that noncitizens were being illegally placed on voter rolls. This is a CRIME, and Sheriff Dar Leaf does not need to ask of ANY permission while conducting a criminal investigation to interview any witness. Attorney Kayla Crane is now committing obstruction of justice to shield the Secretary of State and others of illegally adding noncitizens to voter rolls and is now being referred to the federal government for investigation, for obstruction of justice, witness intimidation, and all other applicable charges. Her law license does not give her the right or authority to violate the law or obstruct criminal investigations. Additionally, Sheriff Dar Leaf's office is in receipt of evidence that Melissa Thomas and other managers are communicating to whistleblowers that they may not report evidence of crimes to law enforcement. this is ANOTHER crime. Melissa Thomas will ALSO be referred for federal investigation. On Sept. 16th, 2026, the court of appeals judge advised the Michigan Secretary of State, Jocelyn Benson, to notify all clerks that the electronic poll book data is required to be preserved pursuant to the law, and that the court has issued an injunction that Washtenaw County shall NOT delete electronic poll book data. Municipal clerks have reported that they have not received an email informing of the Michigan Court of Appeals judge injunction in Washtenaw County. The Barry County Sheriff's Office is hereby notifying all clerks that they should retain all electronic poll book data, from all elections, for 22 months as required by federal statute. Like I said in my previous video, no matter how safe our elections or machines become, the people who run our elections or count the vote are the most important people of an election. If they are compromised, nothing else matters because they can manipulate the system, delete records, logs, and votes, and you would never even know. It's time to expose these people rigging our elections, indict them, and convict them with hefty prison sentences. It's time to make examples out of these people or nothing will ever change.
