The anger against high taxation among the millennials & GenZ increasing day by day. Many are abruptly retired by corporate firing in 30s & 40s. Years of saving deplete in months. EMI, kids education long pending. Lath bajenge, Gali galauj, kapde fatenge. Hathapai hogi.

Schools are falling apart. Children are hungry. Towns are flooding. People are drowning. The economy is at an all time low. But let’s ignore all this & argue about how many lines of Vande Mataram we should be singing, because it’s a national emergency. Really?!

In April, two circulars stated that no third language would be compulsory, and then on May 15, it was announced that three languages would be compulsory, out of which at least two must be Indian languages, with no Board exam for Classes 7 to 9. Now again, the same thing that was stated in April is being repeated — just adding that students of Classes 7 to 9 have to study one additional Indianlanguage with no Board exams. But then, students will need to devote time to 7 subjects. Also, parents went to the Supreme Court and spent so much money over this U-turn, and also made so many visits to the CBSE office. @TheRedMike Zero NCERT textbooks exist for this sudden mandatory language rollout. Class 9 students are being taught from Class 6 books. Severe national shortage of qualified language teachers. Forcing complex subjects right before Class 10 boards is destructive. #3langpolicy

This is such an important year for 9th grader and CBSE has no clue what they are doing. Such a shame that we choose CBSE for our children.

Mid session language policy for class 9 is not logical.
