I saw a post from Echo mentioning the LP providers keep a dex growing. Its actually the community building and creating their tokens on the dex that keeps it alive but when max extractors take advantage of the people building or try to extort token creators to buy back their own tokens that were scooped up at a fraction of the price this is what pauses or pushes people away from participating ending in the detriment of the DEX.

FedNow just took another step into cross border. 1,700 US banks and CUs already on the rail. Proposed rule lets them use correspondent banks so FedNow settles the US leg in seconds. International piece still rides the old correspondent network. Not a global Fed rail. But it is instant USD settlement bolted onto the same problem @Ripple has been selling XRP for. So why would a bank pay for Ripple / XRP as the bridge when they can just sit on FedNow? They already have the Fed account. They already have the compliance stack. They already have correspondents. Instant domestic settlement is now the default, not a pitch. The remaining pain is the foreign leg and the last-mile wallet / member experience. That’s where @MetallicusTDBN actually sits.
