פרסומי ההתרעות עובדים על שיטת הנפח. ככל שיש יותר פרסומים, הם יגדשו את הנחל ואז כבר לא צריך לדייק בפרטים או אפילו לשלוט בהם. גם אם חלקי הפאזל לא באמת מתחברים כפי שאנו רוצים, נלחץ אותם מספיק חזק והם יתחברו כי אנחנו רוצים לראות אותם מתחברים. אני אחזור שוב בפעם ה-100, שלדעתי נתניהו אחראי לכשל האסטרטגי, ולכן עצם הדיון על התרעות טקטיות ביחס אליו מחמיץ את כל העניין. אבל לגופו של עניין - תראו מה קרה כאן. מתוארות שתי התרעות טקטיות. אחת מהציר של דחלאן-בן זאיד שהגיעו לשב״כ, ואחר כך על פי הטענה בן זאיד התקשר לנתניהו כדי לוודא שהמסר אכן הועבר. למעשה, זו לא הייתה התרעה אלא איום שנתבקשו להעביר מפי סינוואר שהם יצפו לרעידת אדמה עד סוף ספטמבר 2023. וההתרעה השניה הגיע מהציר של המצרים, שגם הם הגיעו לשב״כ. וגם על כך עודכן ראש הממשלה. הנרטיב ששלומי אלדר ניסה למכור היה שנתניהו קיבל את ההתרעות הללו והסתיר אותן מראשי זרועות הביטחון. כך אלדר מסגר את האירוע: ״נתניהו קיבל התרעה מפורשת ימים לפני 7 באוקטובר, אך לא עדכן את צה"ל ושב"כ״. כדי לא להכביד בטקסט - אני אתעלם מהפער בין הפרסום המקורי של אלדר לבין הפרסום הנוכחי שכבר נקב בתאריך ״עד סוף ספטמבר״, ומהשאלה (והתשובה הברור מאליה) למה הפרט המשמעותי הזה לא הוצג על ידי אלדר מלכתחילה. ההתרעה של המצרים הייתה ידועה לשב״כ, וההתרעה של בן זאיד בפני נתניהו בשיחה המדוברת הייתה רק וידוא שהשב״כ אכן קיבל את ההתרעה ושהנושא מטופל. אלדר בהחלטה פוליטית רומז שאם נתניהו היה מעביר את ההתרעות לשב״כ ולצה״ל - אולי הטבח היה נמנע. זה אבסורד מוחלט. הרי ההתרעות עברו בכיוון ההפוך, מהשב״כ לנתניהו. נניח שהתקיימה שיחה בין בן זאיד לנתניהו כדי לוודא שהשב״כ אכן קיבל את ההתרעה - איך אם השב״כ היה יודע שנתניהו קיבל שיחה שמטרתה לוודא שהשב״כ קיבל את ההתרעה היה משנה משהו? מעבר לכך - השב״כ טעה בניתוח האיום, ופירש אותו באופן שגוי כאילו שהוא עוסק בחטיפת אליזבט צורקוב. יש לנתניהו אחריות מיניסטריאלית בוודאי על המחדל הזה כמו על יתר המחדלים, אבל בסוף זו טעות מודיעינית מובהקת. היא לא טעות של נתניהו אלא של השב״כ. גם ההתרעה המצרית לשב״כ עוברת בימים אלו אבולוציה לא הגונה. הרי ההתרעה של המצרים הייתה: עזה על סף פיצוץ, אתם חייבים להגדיל את ההקלות ההומניטריות. אלא מה? זה בדיוק מה שצה״ל והשב״כ עשו בהוראת נתניהו. כלומר, נתניהו לא זלזל בהתרעה הזו אלא הקשיב לה. נתניהו הקשיב להתרעה המצרית וקנה שקט באמצעות ״הקלות הומניטריות״ רק שהבעיה לא הייתה בהתרעה כזו או אחרת ובאי הקשבה להתרעה כזו או אחרת, אלא בעצם הקונספציה של קניית שקט ושל מדיניות הסבבים והרחקת המלחמה בכל מחיר. ועכשיו לצלע החסרה: מרוב רצון לקדם נרטיב פוליטי, הפרסומים עשו את ההפך ומקדמים את הנרטיב של נתניהו של ״לא העירו אותי״. קודם כל - הפרסומים מבליטים ומדגישים שוב ושוב את המחדל הטקטי במקום את המחדל האסטרטגי. אבל מעבר לכך - הפרסומים הללו למעשה ממחישים את המחדל דווקא של השב״כ. המפרסמים לא מצליחים להבין למה לא כולם נוהרים אחרי צליבת נתניהו בעקבות הפרסומים. הרי בסופו של דבר, גם אחרי הניסיון להכתיב נרטיב פוליטי, יוצא ששב״כ וצה״ל הכירו את כל ההתרעות הללו. אלא שבניגוד לדרג המדיני - הם הכירו גם את ההתרעות המודיעיניות הממשיות באותו ליל שבעה באוקטובר. ועדיין למרות הכל נשארו שבויים בקונספציה. למרות שהם הכירו את האיום של סינוואר, למרות שהם הכירו את ההתרעה המצרית - הם שקטו על השמרים בליל השבעה באוקטובר, גם כשההתרעה החלה להיקלט בעוד ועוד כלים מודיעיניים של ישראל. הם לא שינו את היערכות הכוחות, לא תגברו כוחות. לא עבדו בסנכרון ראוי ביניהם. לא השתמשו ביכולות מודיעיניות שהיו יכולים להשתמש בהן. הם לא ביקשו הנחיות מהדרג המדיני, ואפילו לא עדכנו את הדרג המדיני בכל הרגעים הקריטיים באותו לילה. גם כשהבינו שיש אפשרות ממשית לפלישה מוגבלת על ידי חמאס - הם בחרו להמשיך את הדיון לאחר השעה 8:00. ישיבה שלאסוננו מעולם לא התקיימה, כי החמאס כבר פלש פלישה מלאה עוד קודם לכן.

🚨🇮🇱 🇳🇱 BREAKING: Israel Revokes Status of Dutch Diplomats in Ramallah Following actions by the Dutch government against Israel and the entry into force last week of an order banning the import and trade of products from Judea and Samaria, East Jerusalem, and the Golan Heights, Foreign Minister Gideon Sa’ar notified the Dutch Embassy in Israel that Dutch diplomats operating in Ramallah must return, within seven days, the diplomatic documentation issued to them by Israel. At the end of this period, the immunities and privileges granted to them by the State of Israel under this arrangement will expire. If the Netherlands wishes to continue representing its interests vis-à-vis the Palestinians, it can do so from the territory of the Palestinian Authority and not from the territory of the State of Israel. As a reminder, last month the Foreign Minister decided to remove the Dutch mission from the International Support Center for Gaza operating in Kiryat Gat, and that decision was implemented. We reiterate that Israel will not turn a blind eye to measures intended to harm it, and will take responsive steps against any such attempt. Any country that acts in a hostile and unilateral manner against Israel will lose influence and relevance in the region. We also reiterate the urgent need to address the rising antisemitism and openly inciting rhetoric on the streets of the Netherlands. Not only is this antisemitism and overt incitement failing to receive meaningful action, but the Dutch government’s anti-Israel policy is also fueling it.
