🚨BREAKING UPDATE: My attorneys have now filed a notice with the court, pointing out that Jeanetta Brantley made false sworn statements at the October 5 hearing. At the hearing, Brantley told the judge under oath that she had never been served with my Motion to Vacate and had not been able to read it until my attorney handed her a copy in court. But the evidence directly contradicts that. Six days before the hearing, on September 29, Brantley had already posted about the motion on social media and described exactly what it was asking the court to do - vacate the temporary order and sanction her. Then, on October 2, three days before the hearing, she personally SIGNED the certified-mail return receipt for the hard copy of that same motion. She also reportedly told the court that my attorneys could have served her by email because her email address was on the paperwork. My attorneys say that was also false: no email address appeared on the paperwork served on me, and no email address was available through the electronic filing system. Because the court relied on those statements, the hearing was continued instead of going forward. My attorneys are now asking the judge to consider all of this when deciding Brantley’s credibility, the Motion to Vacate, and sanctions. They are also asking for $5,315.98 in attorney’s fees and expenses connected to the October 5 hearing. In other words: this is no longer just my word against hers. There is now a court filing pointing to her own social media post, her own SIGNATURE on the certified-mail receipt, and the statements she made under oath. Judges do not like to be lied to.

No, Christine. You all created MORE victims in your so-called “quest for the truth,” which looks more like a quest for money and attention. The fact that you refuse to take any responsibility, or at the very least speak out against what has happened to Nolan’s friends at the hands of people you support, is absolutely abysmal. I think Nolan would be ASHAMED of you.

🚨Here we go again! For anyone that didn't beleive the pink shirt wearing Lindsay Clancy fan club was dangerous - here's another one to add to their list: Holly Leeann Flores, 37, of Northlake, Texas, was arrested after police say she stabbed her husband and two young children at their Daylily Drive home early Oct. 6, 2026. Her 34-year-old husband called 911 around 4:20 a.m., saying his wife had a knife and had stabbed him. Officers detained Flores and found a 3-year-old girl and a 10-month-old boy with chest wounds. All three were hospitalized; injuries were not believed life-threatening. She faces two counts of attempted capital murder and one count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Police had visited the home about five times since March for welfare concerns. The investigation continues.

A 12-year-old behind the wheel of a stolen Kia blew a red light in Baltimore, killed a 69-year-old man, and walked away with no charges. Barry Wright, 69, was on his motorcycle at North Dukeland and West North Avenue on Sept. 30. Video shows the stolen Kia swing around a car stopped at the light and slam into him. He died at the hospital. Both kids got out and ran. The 15-year-old passenger was arrested and charged with motor vehicle theft. She’s being held at the Baltimore City Juvenile Justice Center. The 12-year-old who was driving? No arrest. No charges. Police filed a “Child in Need of Supervision” referral and handed him to the Department of Juvenile Services. Under Maryland law, kids under 13 generally can’t be charged in a case like this, and vehicular manslaughter isn’t treated as a crime of violence. Even Mayor Brandon Scott said running someone over and killing them with a stolen car is a crime of violence, and called for the juvenile system to be overhauled. A man is dead. The driver gets a referral. We do not have to live like this. #Baltimore #JuvenileJustice #Crime #LawAndOrder #Maryland #Accountability

🚨 BREAKING: The FBI just stopped an ISIS mass shooting at the Mall of America. Federal prosecutors say 18-year-old Sheikhdoon Abdullahi Mohamud pledged allegiance to ISIS on video, picked the Oct. 24 Hmong Arts Celebration because "it will be a lot of people," and talked about killing at least 30 non-Muslims. He allegedly said part of his motive was that the mall was "owned by Jews." Then he paid $600 cash for what he thought was a working AK-47 and 200 rounds. The seller was an undercover FBI agent. Families. Kids. Christmas shoppers. That was the target. This isn't "misunderstood." It's terrorism. If he's convicted, he should never see daylight again. Zero tolerance.

❗️MAJOR BREAKING NEWS: FIVE PROMINENT TIKTOKERS ARE NOW BEING SUED IN CONNECTION WITH THE NOLAN WELLS CASE - AND MORE LAWSUITS ARE EXPECTED TO BE ANNOUNCED SOON!❗️ Five separate state-court civil lawsuits have now been filed in Jackson County, Mississippi against five social-media personalities who, according to the complaints, repeatedly used their platforms to accuse young men connected to the Nolan Wells case of murder and other serious crimes. The defendants are - ❗️Jennifer M. Sushka, known online as “Jay Megan” ❗️Damarcus Hughes, known as “Boogie LowDown” ❗️Isaiah Kelvin Harris ❗️Sandra L. Butler, known as “Royalty” ❗️Tumika Lasha Birch, known online as “Tumika LaSha.” Here are a few examples of allegations made. JENNIFER M. SUSHKA - “JAY MEGAN” She repeatedly pushed the theory that the young men were responsible for Nolan Wells’ death, including accusations involving murder, hiding his body, tampering with his phone, deleting messages and creating a false alibi. She publicly said she was “leaning more towards the side of murder” and suggested they had “intentionally tried to speed up the decomposition.” The lawsuit also alleges she monetized the accusations, stating that “Every accusation came with a donation link.” Perhaps one of the most remarkable allegations in the filing is what happened after she received written notice. The complaint quotes her as saying: “Oh, and don’t worry, I never responded to this email.” DAMARCUS HUGHES - “BOOGIE LOWDOWN” Hughes is accused in his complaint of repeatedly portraying the young men as killers, referring to them as “those white murderers” and describing Nolan’s friends as people who “may be his murderers.” The complaint further alleges that he accused or implied that they were responsible not only for Nolan’s death, but for tampering with evidence and hindering prosecution. After the Grand Jury proceedings, Hughes allegedly posted: “if YOU THOUGHT, that this Grand Jury report about # NolanWells was going to make me SHUT TF UP or MOVE ON, then you have LOST YOUR DAMN MIND!” When someone reportedly warned him that “they watching your page,” Hughes allegedly responded, “And you KNOW, that I DON’T GIVE A DAMN!” ISAIAH KELVIN HARRIS - His complaint quotes him telling his audience, “Them boys guilty as f*ck.” He called the young men “murderers” and stated: “And Nolan died. On the boat. . . . [B]efore they left, yes they murdered him.” Harris displayed a photograph of a residence along with a route map, conduct the plaintiffs included among their allegations concerning online targeting and safety. SANDRA L. BUTLER - “ROYALTY” - “Royalty” repeatedly branded the young men as responsible for Nolan’s death. Statements attributed to her include “They are guilty. They did something,” along with claims involving what supposedly happened to Nolan on the boat and theories about concealing his body. She specifically said “That crap don’t scare me and I’m gonna keep talking about them thugs. Period.” TUMIKA LASHA BIRCH — “TUMIKA LASHA” The Birch lawsuit likewise alleges that she used social media to repeatedly “brand them as killers” and accuse or insinuate that the young men bore criminal responsibility for Nolan Wells’ death. According to the complaint, her allegations went beyond Nolan’s death itself and included accusations involving tampering with physical evidence and hindering prosecution. The filing alleges a sustained campaign of false and defamatory statements and insinuations concerning these young men. THERE WILL BE MORE. I already know who is up next on the chopping block, and I am VERY excited to share as soon as I am given the green light. This gets expensive, everyone! The boys need your help. If you have been around since day one, you know just how bad this got. You know what they did to these boys. So now that lawsuits are flying, we ask that you give whatever you can to their fundraiser to help hold these people accountable!

For those asking when on Nidal Hasan's execution, we have a date: Thursday, 3 December, 2026. Justice will finally be served and the families/survivors will have closure.
Nidal Hasan was sentenced to death for the mass shooting at Fort Hood (2009). Chief Pentagon Spokesman Sean Parnell announced Hasan will be executed by firing squad, the first U.S. military execution in 60 years. This is the right penalty, and we don't have issues with expired drugs or small veins when using a firing squad. Problems should be solved, and mass murderers are a problem, even 17 years later.

Here's something cool. You know the organization that brought Lucy back from the Middle East? If you have read Desert Pearl (Amazon link below), you do. Puppy Rescue Mission. They don't have much of a presence on X (@PuppyRescueMiss), but they are very active on FB. Well, they put out a call for a volunteer to go to Jordan to help bring dogs back from the Middle East to the US for soldiers deployed there. I raised my hand. So I'll be heading back over to help a new generation of soldiers bring their war dogs back home. Canaan pups, just like Lucy. I once brought a dog back from there with their help. Now, I'll be the one helping. Rescuing dogs. For soldiers. I love this. Also, #SaveSnuggles and #FreeMajor.

Last night, I was informed that one of the defendants named in the boys’ lawsuits was continuing to make defamatory statements about them — and was even claiming the lawsuit itself was fake. So, naturally, I made my way into his live and offered him a copy. Instead of backing off, he continued making statements that may very well help the boys’ case. Then, after I left the live, he completely crashed out, called me racist, and referred to me as a “snow roach.” I don’t usually do this, but I’m going to be honest: it was incredibly funny and oddly satisfying to watch. Sometimes even I have to take a break from the serious reporting and have a little bit of fun. “You might want a copy of it so you can provide it to an attorney” “To an attorney?” “Yes, you’re going to need one”

October 7 is an important date. We all know what happened three years ago. But on October 7, 2026 — today — something else of note happened in Tucson. Pima County Attorney Laura Conover’s office secured a three-year prison sentence for a YouTuber. For posting videos. The videos may have been distasteful. They may have been harassing. They may even have violated the terms of his probation. Still: three years is longer than the 30-day sentence given to a hospital worker who sexually abused a patient on an MRI table while she was having a seizure and unable to fight back or call for help. Three years is longer than the sentences given to two of the three men who, on Christmas Eve, lured a Good Samaritan from his home, shot him, and set him on fire. Three years is more time than was given to a young man who shot at a car-wash employee — and who, once released, went on to shoot nine people on a sidewalk last summer. Three years is more than Conover’s office was prepared to accept in the case of a man who took a claw hammer to the face of someone who had offered him a place to stay for the night. Kindness was repaid with murder. The office offered a plea deal. The DA’s office calls the YouTuber case a “public safety” matter. Tell that to the woman who was sexually assaulted and now lives with the knowledge that her abuser is free. Tell it to the widow and children who spent Christmas grieving and were then denied the justice they sought. Tell it to the nine people shot on the street by a man who should still have been in custody. Their cases, apparently, were not about public safety. Locking up a YouTuber was. We appear to define “public safety” very differently. Also in Tucson, today marks one year since animal control seized Snuggles, a livestock guardian dog, after he bit a family member while agitated and defending the property against coyotes. The person bitten wants the dog back more than anyone. The city will not budge. One year and counting for an accidental bite. Three years for videos on YouTube. Probation for sexual assault. Probation for assault with a deadly weapon. Probation for killing a man. A plea deal for bashing someone’s face in with a hammer. @Conover17L, your priorities are backward. #SaveSnuggles

When does a society start to come apart? When the foolish are louder than the wise. When the idle have more than the industrious. When the unscrupulous are honored above the honest. When people with no moral ground preach morality. When reputation matters more than character. When children are no longer allowed to be children. When wrongdoers are protected more than the harmed. When madness is treated as normal. When those in power live off the people instead of for them. None of that is new. It is an old pattern, and it is still a warning. — Copied

I want you to really think about this. A bunch of crazed activists who have been after me for over a year are now trying to use the court system to shut down my free speech because I reported ACCURATELY on a woman whose audio was used to target innocent young men in the Nolan Wells case. The phrases “dammit, Bart” and “Nolan, wake up” from the FAKE transcript were used as dog whistles everywhere on social media as a means to accuse the boys and taunt those who defended them. They even did it to me and are still using those phrases under my own articles. I believe these people are all connected. They communicate. They share each other’s posts. They scheme and plot on TikTok Lives and in their messages to each other. So far in the last year and a half, I’ve been targeted with CPS, swatted, and a man is in prison for ten years for stalking me. That was just during the Karmelo Anthony case and my reporting was completely confirmed during the trial. Now, I’m reporting accurately on the Nolan Wells case and announcing lawsuits as I communicate with the attorneys working on this case, and they’re attempting to shut down my speech altogether because they didn’t like my reporting on the audio engineer. Even though my reporting, yet again, was CONFIRMED by a grand jury. They’re attempting to file a protection order against me by saying I stalked and bullied them, when in reality, my own attorney could not even defend me at the courthouse without being harassed the moment he walked out the door. We will not bow down to this. People are coming to my defense. People are waking up to what’s happening. And I’m so grateful to everyone who has messaged me with support and said they stand behind me! I love you all. You are America! You are the true lovers of the Constitution. You are We the People.

After Ben Crump and Christine Wells once again publicly called on the FBI to step in and investigate Nolan Wells’ death, the FBI pushed back by making clear that federal authorities were already involved in the case and that they have found no evidence of foul play or any crime. The FBI has now CONFIRMED that it assisted local investigators during the original investigation and said there is “no evidence of foul play or a crime.” The FBI also indicated that it agrees with the conclusions reached by local authorities. This comes after a grand jury also reviewed the evidence and declined to indict anyone in connection with Nolan’s death. This is all theater. Crump and the family are fully aware that the FBI was already involved and found no wrong doing. A call for them to investigate AGAIN was going to be denied, and it is only being used to fuel the fire to keep the narrative alive. We all know it. We see what they’re doing.

PETA euthanized about 67% of the animals it took in during 2024, while spending only about 0.17% of its total expenses on animal shelters and animal-related groups. According to PETA’s own shelter records, the organization took in 3,317 animals in 2024 and euthanized 2,213 of them. Only 63 were adopted out. That is a brutal number for an organization raising money under the name “People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals.” That 0.17% figure comes straight from PETA’s own FY2024 tax filing. PETA reported $71.3 million in total expenses, while its listed domestic grants to outside animal-related groups totaled about $120,761. That is less than 1%. They spend millions every year fighting hunters while killing more animals than I do. Meanwhile, hunters spend millions of their own dollars improving habitat, monitoring wildlife populations, and helping provide animals with long, natural lives. So who is actually supporting the ethical treatment of animals through their actions? — Stephen Ziegler Outdoor writer | Rack Junkies Podcast

I was in Iraq when we were taking it on the chin from Iran-backed Shiite militias, and Obama issued a "Happy Shia New Year" message to the exact people taking aim at us. We were there on his administration's orders, and he was sending good vibes to our adversaries. This came on the heels of a deployment to Yemen, where we eventually had to withdraw from that country because of another Iran-sponsored Shiite group, the Huthis. I was a part of that drawdown. I saw it firsthand. I saw what we left for Iran. And then we sent Iran a plane full of cash.

My previous post didn't sit well with some people. So let me explain what I hear when they say, "We are taking over New York." This is my own analysis based on a career of reading extremist literature in their own language and talking to them face-to-face. For centuries, Muslim forces set their sights on Constantinople — the “Golden Apple” — because only the defeat of Rome by the armies of Islam was believed to open the way to the Islamic end times. Constantinople, capital of the Eastern Roman Empire, stood as the Rome of prophecy. In 1453, the Ottomans finally took the city, but the world did not end. They turned next to Vienna — the “Red Apple” — then the seat of the Holy Roman Empire, and laid siege to it. The city was saved, and the threat turned back, only by the last-minute charge of Polish cavalry under Jan Sobieski. Think Theoden of Rohan in The Lord of the Rings. Now Muslim extremists have fixed on a new Rome — America — and a new apple: the “Big Apple.” When they say “We are taking over New York,” the claim sits squarely inside a current of Islamic end-times thought that goes back fourteen centuries. The hardliners understand this. They are saying, “We are taking Rome.” This is not “We are making a home here to live in peace with others.” It is not even “We are taking the city, but other faiths may remain.” It is “We are taking New York to draw nearer the final battle between the forces of Islam and the forces of the new Rome, in which the unbelievers are destroyed.” Golden Apple, Red Apple, Big Apple. You may not see the line that connects them. The hardliners do. This is aimed at our destruction. This time there is no Sobieski. That's what I hear when I hear "takbir" in Times Square.
I never thought I'd hear a "Takbir" in Times Square. "Fight them over there so we don't have to fight them here," you said. We believed you. "Here I am," we all said. "Send me." So we heeded our nation's call and went to war. To keep that hell off our shores. But then you invited them here. They came, en masse. We came back too, fewer in number. Many of us came back in caskets. Some just became part of the soil over there. Now they say, "We are taking over New York." We answered when you called. You owed us something in return — a country to come back to.
